No stars deserved I came back with my wife?s online order because it was completely off. I mean nothing was as ordered, and... literally gave it back and quietly ask for the right order. When asked to speak louder so she can understand I repeat myself.She insisted for me to take the wrong order(entire order rice and all) with some additions. That?s when I said I wanted what Ipaid for and I wanted the right thing, on the tone of voice we adapted to based on noise. ?All of the sudden I had an attitudefor my words? I stopped talking after letting her know it wasn?t my food she messed up so she understood I didn?t have attitudeI needed her to understand I wanted what my wife ordered and how she ordered. I wasn?t going to argue with the one making myfood but you guys should know not to order online? Still happens to this day? Honestly I'm so tired. They literally never have fajita veggies. Ever. In the course of years, every single time I go they never... have them. They're low or out of different things all the time. It's never very sanitary. I try to be forgiving, but it's soconsistent. I've contacted corporate several times and nothing ever gets done. If it was a one off issue I would have noproblem. Every time we go, I try to be hopeful and think this time they'll be better. We'll stay away for months thinking theywill have had new management or staffing or corporate will have done something. Every time I'm disappointed. I just need toaccept that this place will never change and drive the extra 20 minutes to Mechanicsburg. Read more
This is the second time I have received water logged lettuce from this location. Normally, Chipotle's salads are great but this... place does not dry their lettuce. I poured out a bunch of water and there was still water in every bite. The sad part is thisis no where as bad as last time I ordered a salad from this location. There was so much water in it I figured it had to be amistake. However, it seems to be a trend. I would also like to note that they missed my grilled Fajita Veggies on my last twoorders. My experience here today was "ok". This location is currently online orders only (similar to Camp Hill), not sure why that is... (labor shortage?). Thankfully I had ordered way ahead of time, but still needed to wait 10 minutes (about 20 minutes after myorder "promised" time). There's got to be a way to put an alert in the app or website if there's going to be a significantdelay. Read more

Ordered online to save time. Mistake number one. Was promised s 6:50 pickup time. Didn't leave until 7:25. While hanging out in... the filthy eating area. I noticed every single table was dirty. The floors of the lobby and kitchen littered with trash. When Igot home to a hungry family only go find the bowl for my wife was missing the cauliflower rice. Portions were lacking for pricepaid. I will never patronize this establishment again. Save your time and money and avoid this particular Chipotle at all cost. Read more
Never do a mobile order here, they ALWAYS short you on the portions. We?ve had so many bad experiences here but after time... passes I think maybe it?ll be ok only to be disappointed again.
