love dunkin, but this location is a little slow
Walked in and placed my order (one hot coffee) with a truly lovely dark haired young lady at the counter. In spite of being very... busy and completely overwhelmed, she was friendly and competent. Went to the end of the counter to wait for my coffee. The orderahead of mine was large and I heard the nice young lady ask someone behind the counter to do my coffee first. He did not- andthat?s fine- I?m not expecting any special treatment- but within a few minutes, the large order ahead of mine came out followedby both large orders behind mine. When a different employee (blonde woman) approached the pick up area, I asked the status of mycoffee and she said it would be ready when it was ready. Another food order came out, and I still had no coffee- again- ONE hotcoffee. I inquired of that same employee again and she asked if I was sure I had stood in line to order it? I assured her I did.She then stated that ?whelp?? someone else must have taken it- AND WALKED AWAY. I called after her to see if it could please beremade and she literally hugged out a big puff of air and suggested I stand in line again. Not wanting to wait again, I askedfor my money back. This woman rolled her eyes and walked away again. Finally, the nice young woman who took my order noticed Iwas still standing there waiting. She asked if I?d gotten my coffee and she made the drink for me and apologized. I thanked herand informed her that SHE did not owe me an apology and had done nothing wrong at all. I felt bad for her that she has to workwith that toxic woman as part of her employment. I definitely recommend Dunkin in general, but I would HIGHLY recommend toanyone considering f THIS Dunkin to steer clear. It?s toxic. If I had been wise enough to get the franchise number, I?d havereported the whole incident to the owner- and I NEVER do that. Read more
Their employees need to have more knowledge of their drinks
Idk how often they brew new iced coffee but the last few times of going there it?s been horrible. It?s so sour and gross even... with flavor, cream and liquid sugar in it. They used to be the best Dunkin around and they?ve just gone downhill lately. It?s sodisappointing. Read more
Has not had donuts for at least 3 days. Was closed totally for 2 days. Today, 2 girls just standing there. We only have... muffins, no cook so no donuts. Don't know when. Very snotty and rude Read more
Asked for hot tea and got looked at like what did u ask for. Had to tell them 3 times a hot tea and then they almost charged me... for a ice tea. Some of the employees that work here need to listen and learn how to do their job. Read more
Bad service very dirty
The best Dunkin in the area! Fast, accurate, and affordable!
