Stop in to get a quick meal before our trip back home. We decided to go in because how long it was taking for drive thru (only... three cars in line) as we entered the location and seen how dirty it was and bathrooms were disgusting! And they were not openlong enough for it to become this dirty. Was told if I wanted to order I had to use the order menu and do it myself. The womanwho was filling the orders was very rude! We had to ask for our ice coffee which was the very first item on our order which wasnot made and then asked for a fork which she snapped back like were an inconvenience! And these people think they deserve $15 ormore! This location is not any good for the McDonald's name! And I hope someone from the company see all these posts and doessomething about it! Read more
Waited in line for 15 minutes just to order our food and we were the fourth vehicle. Then when we pulled up, the standard... greeting happened and asked if we were using the mobile app. We said no and then started to State our order and the girl saidI'm not ready for you yet in a rude voice. We then waited another 5 minutes to have her take our order. We order a 20 piecenugget and two large fries and then asked how much a large fry was because it wasn't on the menu. That was a mistake becauseshe then said I don't know off the top of my head (with an attitude). I worked in wait service for 10 years when I was youngerand I don't understand this customer service. It took 5 minutes at the window to get my two happy meals and a nuggets meal with tea. The drinks were all poured over the top... and lids were spilling over. There was no ice in the tea which tasted stale. The nuggets were all soggy and so were the fries.The worst part - I saw them handling the fries without the gloves. Yuck. Read more
Stopped here when traveling through for work. Worst service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. Bathroom was dirty to begin... with. Then went to register to order. It was only 7pm. One woman was trying to do way too many things and she couldn't wait onme. The manager came inside and I witnessed her returning to work (if that's what you want to call it) without washing orsanitizing her hands. She stood there watching fries in the fryer without acknowledging my presence at the counter or helpingthe other woman so she could wait on me. I was at the counter 10 minutes with no customers in front of me to get 2 doublecheeseburgers. Read more
5 minutes at the drive thorough before my order was taken Soda cup and lid so drenched in soda it spilled on the side of my car... while being handed 20 minutes parked (and still waiting) for a Big Mac and fries Sauce packets covered in sauce. This placeis disgusting Read more
The amount of time it took to not only order but to get the order was longer then I have ever waited before. They asked us to... pull over into a spot. When the employee come out with our food they gave it to another car then when it was the wrong orderthe employee tried to give it to us. Anyway after getting supposedly fresh food we drove off. The french fries were cold andundercooked. The cheeseburger were let's just say I did not eat them. This just supports why I tell myself not to stop and getfood from McDonald's. Read more
Worst McDonald?s we?ve ever been to. Since it?s convenient on our way through Carlisle we keep giving it another chance. It... never gets better. Even with no line we are always asked to pull up or in a spot. Takes a long time to get our food and thefries are always cold. They have also given us the wrong food on several occasions. Workers are rude and careless. We won?t beback. McDonald?s Corp. please check on the management of this franchise! Read more
