I ordered 2 fish sandwiches small fries Large sprite and a pumpkin cream pie. I paid for my meal, get to pickup and they day... they are out of pumpkin Pie would I like apple pie? I kindly said no. They all looked at me like I have 5 heads... um "myrefund"? They still look at me like I have more heads maybe 7 heads... I don't care if it's $1.90 offer me my refund back jeezeit's my money. To start off any time I go to this location I ALWAYS have to pull forward or to a spot. This doesn?t usually bother me too much... though. I know it?s part of getting fast food. Today I went there with my husband and toddler. I ordered ?a number 3 large witha sweet tea? then was told to hold on, like I was going too fast. Then after he said anything else I said a nugget happy mealwith sprite. The entire time the screen is changing like he he kept putting in different orders and taking them off. Then hestarts talking to coworkers with an open mic cussing and completely ignoring us. Eventually he says hello hello with anattitude?no idea if he was talking to us so I continued my order. Said number one large with a coke. And two mcfrapes. Afteranother 10 minutes of him going back between us and coworkers and completely screwing up what we ordered. I told him the numberone was supposed to be a meal. With attitude he told me I didn?t say that I didn?t order a meal. He said he had already closedthe sale. I said well I wanted a meal can you fix it. He said no I?d have to make another purchase. And kept saying I didn?torder a meal. I said whatever I?ll go somewhere else. We were very patient with this employee up until he couldn?t fix our orderthat he messed up because he wasn?t paying attention. I am never one to get overly angry with fast food workers or any customerservice worker but this was a few hours ago and my blood is still boiling. From the time I place my order until the time I got it the wait time was a little too long. It was not that busy. The girl had... to drive through took my order said "huh" and "what" with a less than nice attitude. When I finally got my order they screwed itup and my son went inside to have them fix it and he actually forgot about him and my sandwich and I had to wait another 10 to15 minutes which is unacceptable. Quick service, However the sandwiches were made sloppy, felt like I had to order fast. Cashier could have been a little more... nicer. I realize that sometimes people have a bad day. That's why I will give them another try. Read more
This happens every time I order from them. It?s not right to charge people for Medium and Large fries if it is going to equate... to equal or lesser value than a Small. I got 3 Medium fries because after ordering a Large last time and paying extra to notreceive a large, I figured I?d tried a Medium. 6-29-22: I came during the noon lunch rush with a very long drive thru line so I went inside. The crew was operating smoothly,... was very nice despite some rude customers. I ordered a Daily Double with extra pickles and Big Mac sauce and got one handsomelytasty burger. Well done! To top it off, as I was leaving I couldn't help but gasp as I saw a lady eating an ice cream. I had toask her and she confirmed that this McDonald's has an operating ice cream machine!!! Read more

I came inside to get my order. The young man at the register was standing there with his hood up and hands in his pockets. He... took my order incorrectly therefore I got a few things for free. They were extremely busy but he stood there doing nothing tohelp. The other young man was very helpful running orders and taking orders. I'm not complaining about anything other than theyoung man that took my order. If he didn't want to be there or be working then he shouldn't be there or work. I don't think whena restaurant is as busy as this one was that anyone should be standing around with their hands in their pockets. Read more
