Very friendly service and a solid selection of beer. I did not sample any food but from the other guests in our party the food... was delicious. Looking forward to coming here again. Update: Was able to sample the food and was not disappointed. The onionmayo is legit and needs to be bottled it?s so good. The beers this round did not disappoint either. Was visiting Carlisle for a day and stumbled across this brewery. The staff were super duper nice and the beer and wings are to... die for. The beer is made just down the street and brought over, freshest as it can get right? Do not miss this stop when youdrive by Carlisle. Great local craft beer brewery with delicious and freshly prepared food favorites and genuinely friendly customer service. The... host Caleb saw us approaching the venue and he had menus in-hand and warmly greeted us and immediately seated us... Veryimpressive! Our server Heather was absolutely awesome! She was very cheerful, obliging and happy to help and provided us withhis great suggestions. She was just spectacular! They offer a simple menu and everything that we had was delicious. For anentree, I had the Molly's Burger with two 4 ounce hop-spiced sirloin burgers with Jalapeno Coleslaw. My wife had the BBQ Baconwith two 4ounce hop-spiced sirloin burgers and fries. My wife had a three beer sampler consisting of American Pils, CannonballKolsch, and Carlisle Crimson. I had a three beer sampler consisting of Common Sense DIPA, Peanut Butter Porter, and the R & DDouble IPA. Come hungry and thirsty definitely request Heather as your server even if you have to wait! The venue is clean,nicely decorated, and captures a nice crowd. In closing, we always share our meals so we have two opinions about any particulardish and our plates and cups were empty at the end of our meal! The beer here is so dang good. I had smoked maple Porter and a peanut butter porter and they were just a delicious escape from... my day to day BS. We got tots and burgers for dinner and the food was delicious. Beautiful location down town and im glad wechose Molly Pitcher for our date night! Read more
Nice place to grab a quick beer and a snack in downtown Carlisle. Great selection of beers, served both on tap or in cans. Not a... huge menu but what they do have is fresh and tasty. Got busy on a Wednesday afternoon with only two servers, both of whom werefriendly and efficient. Read more
