Undoubtedly 5 start, no second thoughts. Man o man! Wat a taste they had for the meats, totally mind blow. To be honest, I... didn't had to put on the sauce, thr meat it self was so amazing ????. YUM! Must visit place. They didn't had veer or anyalcohol, at least for the lunch. Sides were good, but the brisket was way over salted. Only way we could eat it was cutting it with the slaw or beans to mask the... salt. Don't get the brisket if your on low salt diet. Did not try any of the other meats. Read more
Few things are better for a first time restaurant customer than a friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable wait staff member.... Gabrielle D most certainly excels at filling that position. I asked what?s good tonight and she said ?the brisket is alwaysamazing as are our smoked wings?. I went with their 8 piece smoked wings with two sides. There?s no way to smoke a wing better!They were amazing and didn?t even need a sauce. But I tried all four sauces just to taste them. All four are great and I boughta bottle of their Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce. The sides were Smokehouse rice and sweet potato fries. Again, both were great. Whenyou eat here, definitely try the Smokehouse rice.Even the unsweetened ice tea tasted great. For desert, Gabrielle suggested thepeach cobbler which was another huge hit. Fantastic catering! Redd's catered my wedding back in October and I'm finally getting around to a much deserved review. They... were probably the easiest part of the planning process. I only needed to speak with Brent a couple times to get everythingnarrowed down, and the price was very reasonable. The wedding day comes and everything went seamlessly. My wife and I didn'teven have to think. They brought 2 enormous plates of food over to our table as we sat down! Our guests got the same portionsizes and were served promptly. They called for seconds if anyone wanted and not a single person went back up! We receivedseveral comments on how great the food was. Been here a handful of times, all takeout which can sometimes diminish the food, but not here!! This place is legit! Their... smoked wings are my favorite. Cooked perfectly each time. They need no sauce or condiments, just enjoy the flavor. Also thebacon on a stick is fantastic. Certainly one of the better smokehouses I?ve ever been to.
