Clean store, Great MTO food. Easy in app ordering. Food was great and ready when promised. Seemed to be short staffed for... register, but they do offer self check out. Will definitely return here. Read more

Almost a month ago I came to this sheetz to get my car washed, I paid $15 to get the whole thing done because I was about to get... my car appraised. I came home and noticed that my car was scratched up all on the roof a little on the side and on the front. Icalled in and reported it and never got a call back. It?s upsetting to see the lack of good customer service that some placeshave and this just so happens to be one of them. Read more

I think sheetz just great. They have good sandwiches as well as appetizers. They have self check out To get you in-and-out ... Fast. They have plenty of fuel pumps. Sheetz has a rewards program . They even sell beer and wine if that's your thing . Theyhave free air for your tires . Read more

A half hour wait for a milkshake then they say I someone must have took it ....how is that my problem ? The dude making the... shakes and smoothies walks around like nobody has anywhere to be .... McDonald's could make milkshakes quicker then this andtheir milkshake machine is broken .....I wish I could give negative stars Read more

Been coming here a long while. Most employees here are wonderful and helpful. The young man who was running the restaurant... (manager on duty) and the girl, who was supposed to be watching the register, both looked at me waiting at the counter andlooked away continuing what they were doing. No, "I'll be over in just a second" or anything like that, just ignored me. So Iasked the manager if anyone was running register. He immediately gives me an attitude saying something along the lines of, "yessomebody is, we're busy". When I told him to drop the attitude on my way out, he yelled feel free to never come back. Thatperson is a manager? Somebody who can't handle 6 customers without panicking and throwing around attitude?? I work in customerservice/restaurant and I'd never even consider giving a customer attitude and telling them to not come back. I'll admit, I didcall him an a**hole on my way out the door. But that was after everything had already transpired. That is unacceptable behaviorfor management. Read more

Staff was nice. So I do online ordering on my way to work due to I don't have time to wait. I get my food and leave and make it... to work. Open my bag to find a very small salad. I haven't had this issue before but I feel like it needs to be known to othersand the store to check for quality. Read more

I waited 25 minutes for my food. I asked when it would be ready and I was told they had not even started making it yet. I asked... why, and I was told because it wasn't paid for. I said I did pay for it, as I purchased other things. The girl at the registersaid she remembered me and that I did pay, she just forgot to ring up the food. The register worker said the food should havebeen made anyway though. The girl making the food literally said to me "it's not my problem", meaning it's not her problem Ididn't have my food. I told her that I have never experienced such poor customer service. She actually told me "well don't comeback then". I was yelled at by the girl making the food! AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES FOR FOOD THAT WAS NEVER MADE. They neveroffered to make the food. I have experienced nothing but slow food service ever since the store opened. I never commented in thepast about it though in a review. After today I felt compelled to write a review. Read more
