As a regular at this Sheetz it?s disappointing to see how quickly it?s gone downhill. Systems don?t work correctly, orders are... consistently made wrong and employees blame me for their mistake. Overall poor customer service. Sheetz is no longer a ?go to?spot. Read more
EDIT: Called back around 6:30 and was helped by the MOD, I can?t remember her name (Tasha, Tina?) but she was very helpful. She... explained the previous manager was in training and apologized, offered me a refund, and to remake the food. Conflict completelyresolved, I felt very considered and am happy this is my neighborhood Sheetz! Sorry to the other manager, and good luck intraining! We all have to start somewhere! ORIGINAL: Not very happy, ordered a salad for my lunch at work (Sheetz is the onlyplace open at 3:40). I picked up my food (in a tied bag) so I didn?t open it to check it. I ordered a grilled chicken salad andmy receipt shows it as grilled chicken, but I have steak in my salad. Not a huge issue if I ate beef, but I don?t. Mistakeshappen, which I understand. When I called to get a refund (as I do not have time to go back and fix the order), took me a fewcalls to get anybody. Rang through twice with no answer. When I got ahold of someone, Stacy was very kind and placed me on holdfor a manager. After a brief hold, Stacy came back on and asked me to call back at 6am. When I asked why, Stacy informed me that?***** was too busy? to help me and she ?honestly wasnt sure if she even knows how to fix the issue?. This is, obviously,unacceptable. Not only was my money wasted, but so was my time and I now get to go back work without eating. Thankfully, thereare only three more hours left of my shift. Very dissatisfied, more so with the manager?s response than the mistake with thefood. Mistakes happen, blatant disregard for your responsibilities is unbecoming of a person in a management position. Spent thanksgiving in New York and on my drive home I stopped at this location. I ordered a salad which was about 7 dollars. I... thought that was a little bit expensive but when I saw the size of my salad I took that thought back. It was a delicious salad. Read more

Located at Route 11 (Ritner Hwy) at Route 465 (Allen Rd) one block west of 81. it is high... volume commercial area with gas 2-4¢ cheaper than surrounding stations and even more if you have a Sheetz loyalty card! *ifyou like my review please like me.
