I've been to this wendys several times and so many employess will grab food WITHOUT GLOVES!! I was just there saw 2 employees... grab food without gloves. The drive thru person grabbed my fries and nuggets for both my bags without gloves on. Very nasty. Notmention the customer service is trash. The guy in the drive thru has 0 customer service and screws up meal orders all the time.I've watched him grab food without gloves including my food. But then will touch everything around him with gloves on. Otherwendys in this area are terrible too. Read more
Update: well, my previous thoughts are proven wrong. When you order a burger with 2x extra cheese and dont get it, and instead... the cheddar is swapped with american its kinda disappointing. Pre-water temp related shutdow: quality has changed, recentlythe order accuracy, fries and freshness has greatly improved. I now prefer this location over the one on town. In the last few months this particular one has fallen apart. I used to come in an order on a constant basis. The customer... service skills need to be honed in on, the young man at the drive thru consistently screws up my meal, isn't friendly at all,and doesn't seem to try. I'll come back in a few months when I think things might have changed. Until then, I'll go to all theother Wendy's in the area. Read more
i had to stop here after hours of travel and was in desperate need of sustenance. upon my entry in this facility i was met with... the stench of extreme body odor which was absolutely repulsing. i ordered my meal from this fast food restaurant yet it wasanything but fast. i stood waiting for at least 25 minutes even though there were not many customers. for many, starvationallows for any food to taste excellent but this was not the case. my tastebuds were met with the subpar flavor of a baconatorand it was extremely disappointing. from this experience i have learned not to get my hopes up over a cheeseburger as you mayend up waiting for an obscene amount of time for something that is not even close to being worth it. It is very unusual for truck stop restaurants to not at least try to make the orders appealing to the customer. I paid 20$ at a... kiosk and was told after there where items missing ;offered replacement that was not equivalent to the out of stock item. Allthis I let go I just wanted some food. And it?s sad we have to settle for low standards yet all the money is there. Get aroundto the food the nuggets were not the ones I ordered and the fries were cold. How?s that for the first opportunity to have a mealfor the day?!?? Normally, I try another time however this was my second visit and the order was messed up last time as well! Read more
Carlisle pa loves wendy's, burger was wrong twice, they didn't even try to bring it to me, left it sitting on the counter then a... guy said he wanted to refund my money after I asked for a receipt so I wouldn't report it, then I told him I wanted a receiptand he said well you have to report it to me.
