Always excellent service and quality of food when we dine here. We waited 20 min Saturday at 6pm, for party of 3, and it went... by fast. We had fantastic service with Fabiola. She took great care of us. We shared chicken and steak fajitas, and Mexicanchopped salad. Both delish! Large portions. We also (the adults) shared a large raspberry margarita and it was yummy. Itwasn’t strong and didn’t feel any buzz (I’m perfectly ok and happy with that, some may not be). They run things veryefficiently and smoothly. Tons of people waiting, and full house of customers. My husband and I have been coming here for years. It's the best Mexican food in San Diego where I've had almost everything on... the menu: each dish has an amazing flavor! Their margaritas are excellent and if opting for a large size, enormous enough toshare for two. While very refreshing, they are watered down so much that alcohol is almost undetectable and that for $15. Thewaiter/waitress always starts with complimentary crunchy chips and salsa. Great selection of meals with ample portions that canalso be shared if you don't eat too much. The atmosphere is fantastic no matter if you sit inside or outside. We prefer outsideseating near the soothing sounds of the water fountain where it's most relaxing to enjoy the meal and each other'scompany. Great service, bilingual staff, plenty of parking but they don't take reservations. Overall I HIGHLY recommend thisrestaurant! Read more

we were visiting here and ate here 3 days in a row it was so good! food was authentic and delicious. we ordered guacamole and... they made a cute little bird with it. waiters and hosts are very kind and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend! we loved it and willbe returning when we visit again! I love this place! Remembering the old location in Old Town, but this Carlsbad location is still super fun. Well, I would really like to give this place a 5?? Review. However, I just can’t justify anything more than 2?? when the food... comes out barely warm. Verde Cheese enchilada and Chile relleno have a great flavor, however the cheese is solid in bothitems. My mom ordered a burrito, and it was just warm as well. My sister ordered Gluten Free tacos & enchiladas, but theybrought her regular. Our waiter resubmitted the order, and her plate came out steaming hot. So, while the flavor was good, thefood wasn’t made to order, and it did not come out hot. One extra star for the drinks. Read more
A delicious pineapple fill above the top with shrimp and pineapple in a delicious sauce on a bed of rice that has a texture of... risotto. On same plate on the side it came with steam (I think) zucchini and bell peppers, that was good too. It also came witha small amount of cabbage salad, that I didn't eat.
