Very dissappointed even for Jack in the Box esp in this area! We ordered 3 combo burger meals, $30+. All were VERY dry and... bland! No mayo on dry, stale buns, little to no ketchup! My Classic buttery burger was anything but "buttery". Fries were dryand overcooked hard too. Not going to this location again! Read more
Incompetent employee. Made app order. Arrived. Employee stated they're closed. Stated she's unable to see the order. Informed... her I made an app order and the drink I want; didn't tell her what I ordered. She instructed me to wait at parking lot andinformed me again she can't see what I ordered. Again, didn't tell her what I ordered. She prepared the order but, includedveggies and sauce on the sandwich. Strange because, supposedly the restaurant was closed and she can't see what I ordered. Inever even told her what I ordered. Just that I want he drink to be unsweetened tea and half sprite. She even got the drinkwrong. She just seems like an emotional and lazy employee who intentionally lied about being closed to avoid working. Peoplelike this are an abomination and disgrace to Jack in Box brand and western society. We need better people. This is why Japan iswinning. Read more
Apparently they have all employees taking break AT THE SAME TIME during late night hours when I have so few options available... and can?t get breakfast at 2am before heading to work. As someone who worked fast food, it?s unacceptable that they WON?T takethe order during operating hours, but then tell you to leave. Read more
Service here is always super fast, I just feel like jack in the box as a whole has gone way down in quality since the we don't... make it till you order it days, when jumbo jacs we're tasty and spicy chicken sandwiches were spicy. Also miss the bacon cheddarwedges. Read more
Not open 24/hours. 2:30 am and apparently their on break for 30 mons right as I pull up to place an order. Then rude about it on... top of refusing service. People working graveyard shifts already have limited options and then the places still open refuse toserve? Ridiculous. Never coming back and called the corporate line to file a complaint. Read more
Spoiled meat, how can they get away with this? I used the drive-thru to order one chicken sandwich, one sourdough sandwich. Upon... arrival in San Diego I ate first the chicken sandwich, which tasted less than OK, but I was hungry. The first bite on thesourdough sandwich confirmed the bad quality of the food. I find it ridiculous to pay full price without objection, then beunable to obtain in return a quality, fresh meal. Careless food handling should be investigated by whomever is in charge ofsupervising these restaurants. Jack-in-the-box has never been my favorite, now I know I'll never buy food again from anyrestaurant of this chain. From now on I will definitely inspect and try my food right at the window before driving off. Read more

As you can see in some of the pics, the place was not clean with food under thechairs and tables, waiting to be cleaned. There was no one at the counter and we had to wait for more than 5 mins. Each time I come here it?s either cold tacos or cold fries and hardly any fries in the container. I order a large and you can... barely see them. I don?t recommend this store and they increase the price of the tacos now it?s $1.70 a piece no longer two fora dollar. Read more
