Love the coffee and the staff's attitude BUT while waiting for my coffee, I watched the barista prepare the grounds, using the... palm of their hand adding more ground to the portafilter and then using their finger to level out the grounds. Sanitary? I don'tthink so. This was done over and over again as I waited. There needs to some training done here. Read more
