The food was good. But, the only person that seemed to be actually working was the girl that took my order. The other employees... were busy looking at a puppy in the dining area. The dining area was pretty dirty. I had to try 4 tables before I found a cleanone. Food was good but service, not so good. Read more
Tried this restaurant today and was very disappointed. The hamburger meat was very bland?a little salt and pepper for sure would... go a long way. French fries tasted like they were frozen, they had an odd texture. The layout of the restaurant was strangealso. It was hard to read the menu, it was placed so high on the wall. So many other hamburger choices that taste better andeasier to navigate. The person bringing the food to our table passed us by twice, my husband had to get up and follow her to getthe food. In honor of the college commencements that will soon be taking place, our Review Team crafted their comments related to their... visit to Shake Shack through that lens. If @shakeshack_usa were to be striding to ?Pomp and Circumstance?soon, they would begraduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Shakes. While they clearly took some courses in the subject area of Burgers, theirdiploma would only reflect a Minor in this discipline. As for their study habits in the field of French Fries, sadly theirdiploma would reflect no significant achievement in this area and their transcript would reflect a single elective course onthis subject that was taken (at their insistence) on a Pass/Fail basis.
