Consistently the worse McDonalds. Managers hide behind new employees and broken kiosks. Tent markers mean nothing. Drive through... usually at least 20 min no matter how many cars in line. Food quality inconsistent. Looking for a quick bite for your 30 minlunch?. look elsewhere. Read more

Went thru drive thru and there was no wait time to order. once we paid we drove up and we didn?t get greeted a girl came up to... the window and just handed me our drinks yet still no communication. Not a a hi, not a confirmation as to what drinks werehanded to us. Our food wasn?t ready we had to pull over and wait. After 10 mins of waiting we got our food, I repeated my orderto the woman who brought it out. Yet we were missing one item. Customer service is very poor, crew looks like they don?t evenwant to be there and they are uncoordinated when it comes to what number parking space they should send customers to. Read more
Fast and accurate service. They got our order out pretty quickly considering the crunch time they were experiencing. I counted... 18 cars in the drive through and 13 customers in the lobby with 2 cars waiting in online parking spots. Clean restaurant andfacilities. Read more
Complete and utter chaos. Avoid this location Our family arrived at 8:30 pm and the lobby was closed. All doors and exist... locked. Signage on doors and online say they close at 11 pm The only option is to drive through. My kids were hungry so wewaited. 45 min later we moved up maybe 3 cars and we're still nowhere near the ordering window as they are only usingone!! Completely horrible service. Manager Roberto was so helpful. I love the service. No cashier only kiosk though but then the card reader was broken, it would... be helpful if they put sign on it. I was so frustrated after you put all the order your about to pay and card reader was notworking. The location itself was clean. Read more
This is an odd experience for a McDonald's. Almost like a parallel universe for the mcrib. Was just a few people in the lobby... but took 25 minutes for a nugget happy meal. Came out without nuggets or a toy. The mcrib threats in the lobby are a bit scaryalso. I really don't want a mcrib to be my "last bite". Read more
