The person at the counter was confused , she kept... talking to one of her coworkers so she wouldn?t let me finish my order, I was interrupted like 3 times , then she asked me towait outside for my cake because they were going to close very soon . Super bummed?just showed up at 6:30 p.m. to grab a cake because, per Google Maps, the store was open til 8 p.m. but they were... locked up & mopping the floor! The sign on the door said it closed at 6 ???? It's a good thing they have a good product because the service has gone way down... I used to be excited to go into the store,... but now the experience might as well be coin- operated. I absolutely understand how the pandemic has placed restrictions on whatcan be provided as an experience, but the times I used to enjoy giving them my money are gone. The employees hand me the cakeswith no additional services, no smiles, no spoons, no napkins, no "thank you, come again". I'm just glad they don't have thetablets with the automatic tipping option, because it's certainly not needed. Read more

This location is so nice and neat, it has expected cake options. I have had a few Nothing Bundt Cakes that I have visited and... among them, I would have to say this one is probably the cleanest and most organized. The cakes are DELICIOUS. Easily one of themost flavorful cakes I have ever had. Each sugary fluffy bite brings delight and joy. You should expect to purchase typical cakeoptions with typical prices here as if you were at another location. The parking can be a little difficult as it shares parkingwith other businesses in the immediate shopping center. Thos location (maybe all locations?) only allow two customers/partiesinside at a time. Overall, you cannot go wrong with buying these cakes for a birthday, anniversary, personal craving, or someother life event type situation. Your taste buds will thank you! Read more

With Covid-19still a thing I evaluate a proprietors protocalls in this regard first and Nothing Bunt Cakes takes top spot amongst allbusinesses I have reviewed. You place your order online, pick a time to pick up your cake and one customer at a time is alowedinside the store. They care for the saftey of their staff and customers and I salute them for it. I HATE CAKE, always have (theconfection, not the band, LOL) We were celebrating my son's 17th birthday and while throwing plans togeather for a small familycelebration I remembered a friend recomending Nothing Bunt Cakes highly, did I mention I hate cake? I hate the shortening ladenfrosting that makes the inside of your mouth feal waxy like it was a mixture of crisco, sugar and artificial coloring and nearlyflavorless dry cake. This is not that. The staff was pleasent and friendly and I am sorry I don't remember their names but I wasgrateful for their helpfulness expecialy given our new circumstances, again over the top. I lit the candles and sang along andexpected to leave the cake to the others but I decided to give it a try. Hands down the most moist, delicious cake on theplanet.
