Food was cold old and taste was off been sitting there long time , it?s a very slow place as their reputation is so poor people... choose other locations close by so the food just sits there getting rotten ,employees were very rude very disrespectful,confrontational, if you are a senior citizen just keep your mouth shut if you try to teach them few things in customer serviceget ready to be beat up by 4 guys against one old man me , no manager on duty , if you want your money back for food you can?teat , to bad he said you took a bite out of it . Even this exactly that two bites out of each 3 item order , beef was so old lhave no idea how long was out in the open only God knows and they know sitting out just getting rotten , but if you complain,to bad , if you ask your money back to bad , l have to wait 15 min for the manager to come and return my money as she has seenliterarily l have not eaten any of each item but two bites , she was nice and returned my money and apologized for her employeesrudenesses and total disrespect, please choose any other location but this one , l have eaten many locations , l have neverseen rude disrespectful employees as this location , and be careful they may attack you if you show any sign of weaknesses orargue to get your money back . Worst service and portions I?ve ever had at Panda Express. We arrived at panda at 8:30 PM and Jacob was the one who approached... us and told us they were closed and that the menu was limited to the scraps that were left. The associates at this location wereeager to get us out of their facility and even placed a trash can in front of the front door, so that no one else would come inand ruin their early shift. All we had to choose from mushroom chicken and Jung pao chicken. Terrible terrible service andterrible portions. We regularly eat at Panda in our Area and have always had a great experience, great food at a good price.This is the first and only bad experience I?ve had at Panda Express. Got a coupon in the mailer and went to get the buy one get one bowl. and was pretty much accused of using that coupon 16 minutes... ago. nothing the manager could do. seriously need some customer service skills...what a waste of mailers if they all have thesame QR code. Read more
Good food and very good portions. The only dilemma was being short changed a few cents (didn?t mention it) and rude service. I... ordered the teriyaki chicken ?with the sauce on the side? not realizing that it?s now served in individual packets which Theemployee conveyed. As she rang up my order she asked if I wanted any sauces. I answered ?no? and immediately realized shehadn?t given me any teriyaki sauce so I asked for one. Her response was ?I just asked you which sauce you wanted.? Since Iordered teriyaki chicken I didn?t realize I had to ASK for the sauce. Read more
Nice new location with friendly staff, however upon arriving at 10:45 AM I was shocked to see a lot of menu items were low or... out. The food itself tasted different than I'm used to, they obviously used a ton of sauce and over cooked everything. I thoughteverything would be fresh before the lunch crowd. The beef in the broccoli beef was so overcooked it was like beef jerky and theKung pow chicken was way too saucy. Perhaps they just haven't gotten the hang of it yet but I'm not sure I'd give this locationanother chance. Read more
