Not impressed at all. From walking in the door to waking out was about 50 mins total wait time. at 530p I went direct to pieolgy website. Ordered 3 pies and waited almost 2 hours. But an hour and half in we got a call from... the GM. She was apologizing about the wait and was concerned about our order. We didn?t even call to complain, she was proactiveand took ownership to personally call and apologize. The pizza when it arrived was excellent and we will order it again. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide the personal attention. Read more
Update: After being contacted by upper management, they apologized for how my orders turned out last time and I decided to give... them to a second chance. Once I came back and had my order taken down I had this beautiful pizza made with no burnt crustcompared to the burnt crust I has received last time. This time around I able to enjoy the taste my pizza with nodissatisfaction. Glad to say that they greatly improved and will come back here again in the future! Read more

Poor and slow service. Ordered online for take out. Arrived at suggested ready time (25-30 minutes) and my food were not even... prepared yet. Had to wait another 20 minutes. Pizza came out way smaller than advertised. We ordered 11? pizza and got a tiny 9?pie. They said it?s normal!!!!! No! If you advertise for 11? then you need to give your customers 11? pizza!!!
