Long line, order 2 pains aux raisins, 2 chocolate croissant, 2 butter croissant... Wasn't given what's on the shelves but the... one on the back... They were dry and/or overcooked and one pain aux raisin was missing. As a French to me the bread is justokay... I would qualify it decent but I can't wait to find good bread somewhere else. Read more
Ever notice how many slang terms there are for money? ?Scratch?, ?dough?, ?bacon?, ?bones?, ?clams?, ?cabbage?, ?lettuce?, and... ?bread? are just a few examples. Why so many? Does that even seem fair when compared to other words? Take ?bread? forexample. Why didn?t the slang authors create more terms for it? (BTW. For all of the bread lovers out there we dare you tolist all of the slang terms you can think of for ???????? in the comments section below.) Well if your day begins and ends withbread, we?ve discovered a bakery worthy of your consideration. Whatever you do, please don?t insult Prager Bros. Artisan Breadby wondering if they ?outsource? their products. Sleepyheads be warned, they produce their products on site each day so oncethey?re out, they?re out. Admit it. Some of you have a problem, don?t you? I mean you really?NEED bread, don?t you? Wellthink of this as either a bread intervention (or us enabling your bread addiction). If you plan your week with bread in mindthen this place won?t be at all helpful in getting that monkey off your back. They actually post and adhere to a ?BreadSchedule.? I love the breads, and like most everything else we have bought at the bakery. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for your... Almond Croissants. I have bought them 3 times over several months and each time I have been really disappointed. One time therewas a very small dab of Almond cream and the other 2 times none whatsoever. So I looked up your description on your website withthe idea that when you say Almond your are only referring to the sliced almonds on top, but your description says, "AlmondCroissant almond cream - twice baked - too good to be true" A really good Almond Croissant should have a decent amount of AlmondCream inside, and I have found yours to have none or very little. If you have to charge more to put a decent amount of AlmondCream inside so be it. I would gladly pay more to have a good Almond Croissant. Read more

Lovely place for bread and baked goods. I stopped here and ordered the blueberry danish and thoroughly enjoyed it. It wasn?t too... sweet, which I appreciated and the blueberries were fresh and plump. I loved all of the bread options and enjoyed seeing itbeing made fresh. Be sure to check out their website for the schedule so that it can help you decide what to get! FYI, plentyof parking available and the Miche (farmers bread) comes in a whole, half, or quarter loaf. I got the quarter loaf and was quitehearty. I purchased one of the truffle butters in the fridge and it was rich and flavorful. Friendly family-owned bakery that produces a delicious variety of breads, rolls, pastries, pretzels and cookies. This is the... ?Mothership? location and it?s hard to find in an industrial park area. Their baked goods are found in farmers markets -likeLittle Italy Mercado - as well as coffee shops - like Bird Rock Coffee. Their kamut salted shortbreads are Super addictive andstandouts! So are the ciabattas rolls. They use a variety of grains and have some gluten free options. Combinations areold-world style with lots of texture and flavor. At this location you can buy yummy sandwiches and whole cakes while watchingthe bakers create in their open bakery. Read more

This place is simply amazing! They?ve a variety of breads and other baked goods. We saw people taking off with bulk orders. We... tried honey vanilla pound cake and chocolate croissant, both were out of the world. Had a perfect pound cake after a long time.Would try their veggie sandwich next time. Read more
