The food was excellent and the service was even better. My husband highly recommends the mushroom burger. The only downside was... the noise. At first the model train above was cute and quaint but after about 30 minutes the whistle became a bit overbearing.Outside dining will be in order for our next visit. Great burgers and I absolutely love the old school diner vibe. The food is great! I got the Ruby Classic, fries, and a root beer... float. The float was amazing! The burgers and fries were pretty standard. The service was fantastic! Our server was superfriendly and he always served us with a smile! Had the ABC omelet ( avocado, bacon and cheese), but I subbed in sausage. The Omelette was sumptuous not overcooked light, rich... and buttery. Also pictured is the kids menu burger and fries, definitely a good size portion! Service was great and it had a fun50s diner atmosphere. Mimosas were very strong (I asked for more oj) and you get a full mini bottle which really equals 2-3mimosas depending on your ratio in the champagne flute! Fast, fun and delicious if a lil pricey... Good food, fish and chips, I subbed with sweet potato fries. Tasty and big portion. Hubby got Guacamole burger, kids got grilled... cheese and kids cheeseburger, they all seemed pretty basic good flavor. Strawberry lemonade had a weird taste we think from theStrawberry syrup. I loved Ruby's. The food, the ambience and the people. Great burgers, shakes and food under one roof. The 60s music makes your... stay even more refreshing and enjoyable. You get lots of fries and refills on lemonades and sodas which is a great deal anywayyou look at it. But the one thing I loved the most, was the fact that they don't have wifi so you enjoy your stay the most. Itwas a bit empty around 4 pm, but a few minutes later, the place was packed. We stopped in for a late lunch and didn’t have to wait. We were seated at a booth and really enjoyed the “old-school” feel... of the place! The service was impeccable and prompt. All drinks and food were cooked and made from order. We had a greatexperience at this location & we hope to continue to visit all locations around California! Very convenient location, walking distance from our hotel and vouchers from hotel were great. Very friendly staff. Very clean... restaurant. Tons of options. The breakfast was amazing.
