The people at this location are so nice . That is hard to find at Starbucks. I like going and just sit for a while.
I was coming from San Diego on my way to LA, and stopped here for a coffee break. Nothing bad in particular, but the atmosphere... didn't seem good. I got my coffee and left, but while I waited, i noticed people at this Starbucks seemed stuck up. My coffeewas good, so hence the 3 starts... i just didn't expect this in California. Read more
Yknow I'm not usually very cheerful or happy, but seeing the cute little drawings of the staff members and the vocal jazz... playing really lifted me up quite a bit. 6/5, Frappuccino quality was much better than other franchises :) Read more
The + It's a small cozy type of SB, and the line was not bad. I like SB. ? Note: I stepped out of the line, just as it was my... turn to order because of the cashier ????????. The - The glass case has a lot of dust and old watermark rings on it (fromprevious day's drink displays). The doors are filthy with tons of grime and fingerprints all over the glass...yuk. The cashierwas under her apron with her hands inside her pants, hiking them up. I get a black coffee, which most cashiers serve. I don'twant to be served by someone who just had their hands inside their pants. ???? It's not sanitary. It doesn't make a good cleanimpression for the customers. Read more
One of the original and best starbucks locations in Carlsbad. Much better than the grocery store locations the staff are very... friendly and willing to help. I recommend getting the double chocolate chip frappe with whip cream. Read more
This a small little shop nestled in the Ralph's anchored complex. The employees were friendly. The barista was on point. Mochas... were done great. Carmel praline also. The two sandwiches were Hot and tasty. Read more
