Today I walked away from that store around 10:30am. The guy was so rude he looked passed. Didn't even smile or greed. Only short... answers he was in a bad humor so I asked he was ok ofcourse he said yes. But his bad vive and not wanting to answer my questionsabout the type of bread made me wanted to walk away I didn't wanted him to put something on my sab. I hope they get the righttraining. Being mad and giving attitude to customers only shows poor leadership. Read more
I stopped here for a meatball sandwich at 5:25 pm, they ran completely out of the meatballs. Who runs out of food during the... dinner hour. I?m very disappointed in this location and will never go back. Read more
No Spinach wraps!!! One full year we've been asking them to stock them without any success.
Bad service!!!! There was a man stocking cookies and a young guy putting labels on the sandwiches sauce none of them assist me... after 3 min. It took me almost 14 min to get my sandwich. My sandwich was not toasted & the bread was soggy. Read more
I am not a big Subway fan because the sandwiches are so skimpy the last decade. However, this Subway was pumping out sandwiches... that looked just like the ads and photos. I wish I live closer to this Subway, I'd eat here more often. Excellent Subway! Read more
Only reason I'm giving this location 1 start is because of all 4 times I've ordered online to pickup my sandwich has been wrong.... Either not toasted, missing cheese, or with ingredients I didn't request. I have yet to pickup a correct order. Checking mysandwich before walking out next time though that defeats the purpose... No problems when I ready there and staff is reallynice. Read more
Look, I know it's Subway and not gourmet. But this location really let me down. I went in during the lunch hour and the line was... nearly out the door. I didn't think it would take too long because it's fast food essentially. I was wrong. I waited in line for20 minutes. When I finally got up to counter to order, they were out of bacon. When they went to toast my sandwich, they tossedin into the oven so carelessly that all of the cheese and steak melted off of the flatbread. When I went to add my veggies, thegirl added them like each individual item was coming out of her paycheck. When I ask for olives, I don't mean 3. And when I wentto add my sauces, they were out of both the creamy sriracha and the chipotle southwest. Lastly, when she went to wrap myflatbread, she rolled it instead. I know have half the sandwich I wanted, with no sauce, no bacon, scarce toppings, and best ofall, it's essentially a burrito after being rolled up. Just a little more effort would be appreciated. Bad bad bad I would avoid this place anytime near lunch time. I have seen the same man working and he is very slow to take your... order I?m pretty sure is new. Her co workers seem to not be helping her and have bad attitudes. I have often time been second inline and it still takes 15 minutes to get my sandwich!!! I will be happy to change my rating once this staff learns to movefaster and not have bad attitudes. Do not come here if your lunch is only 30 minutes. Read more
