Ordered a 2 piece fish combo when got back to White's City found that they only gave me 1 piece fish. Called to complain but... when I called 3 times each time it rang 4 times picked up by automated answer saying "Thanks for calling, Goodbye" Kind of ahard thing to miss. Read more
I brought my son for his first a&w rootbeer float and they ran out of rootbeer, so it started as a disappointment. My son still... enjoyed his food. The restaurant could use some cleaning from windows, floors, lobby tables and chairs. Read more
I don't want to badmouth this place because I like the food, it's hot and fresh every time and quite good. Papa burger and the... grilled Baja shrimp tacos are excellent. But the service is lacking. Employees are friendly but it seems like only one personamong them knows what they're doing. The dining area is generally a mess (I always take my order to go) there's rarely root beeravailable, they're usually out of it, drive thru has been closed for weeks at a time because of a lack of employees and it takesabout 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be ready even if there's no one else in the store. They also don't open until 10:30 inthe morning which is pretty late and they close at 9:30 which is relatively early. Taco Bell is open from 7am to 3am forcomparison. This restaurant is probably a victim of the oil boom going on here, like every other restaurant around. The food isgood, just bring your patience and double check your bill. The register employee usually doesn't know anything and usuallymisses any deals that don't pop up on the register, even though a sign advertising the daily deals is right there on the counteror on the outside of the building. Absolutely disgusting. The building is run down and looks like it?s about to fall in on itself. The reason we went there was to... get a root beer but they were out. We waited 20 minutes for our food to come out. When we asked what happened we were toldthey needed to wait for the chicken strips. About 5 minutes later our food came out and only the chicken strips were warm. Thefries tasted like fish and the burgers were dried out. Oh and the restrooms were no clean and the paper towels were on the backof the toilet. Hope you enjoy this stop as much as we did. Read more
Drove up to the drive through and the drive through wasn't working. Walked up to the front lobby and the doors were locked with... a sign that said "Lobby closed due to no staff". I could see the employees inside but no one came to open the door. Pull myvehicle right up to the drive through window and honked. Employee opens the window and says the drive through is closed(obviously). I ask how am I supposed to order food and she state to walk in the front door. I inform her that it is lock and shesends someone to open it. Inside of the place looked run down to say at best. Fountain machine started falling apart when Itried to get my drink. Food finally comes out and the fish looks like it was cooked on old burnt oil. Taste wasn't exactlypleasant. Place needs some serious work. Not exactly sure how it passes the food safety inspections. It was fast service but every time I go in the floors are slippery... but greasy slipppery not clean slippery. My chicken and... fish were good but the fries were too greasy you could see the grease in the potatoe. Those were not good and could tell thefryers need to be cleaned out. They had so much grease in them they were saugy. Read more
The fish was ok the a&w root beer was great
