This Blake?s location has a drive through. I tried the season pumpkin pie shake and it was okay. The service was pretty fast... compared to other Blake locations that I have been at. Some Blake?s can be extremely slow. However this one did a good job andthe food was pretty good. Read more
Customer service is extremely poor, inattentive to order being placed, very rude, employees talking on phone, sitting on the... counter where food is handled, neglecting waiting customers, 30 min wait time with one customer in store, n no time managementin completing orders that are placed. As a restaurant manager of many years, I?m amazed this establishment has 3 stars. Management should have their integrity n character questioned allowing this ridiculous behavior. Read more

Food was really good, but *almost* not worth the wait. Went drive thru twice in one day (first time ever trying Blake's... Lotaburger), once for myself at lunch, and once for family at dinner. Drive thru was empty at lunch, but I still waited almost15 mins for a burger, no onions, seasoned fries, and a tea. Everything in my order was correct and the food was SO GOOD. Ididn't mind the wait since it was so good. At dinner, there were 3 cars in line ahead of me (no one behind me), and I waitedabout 20 minutes for two burgers(with substitutions) and 2 fries (one regular, one seasoned). When I got home I realized theyforgot the seasoned fries and they didn't put pickles on one of the burgers. Hubby had to go back for the fries. This is theonly reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5... if the drive thru is going to take that long on orders, the least they could dois make sure they are correct-- that is the only thing that would make it worth waiting so long. The only reason I?m giving you 1 star is because food is so good. I was the car in the drive-thru and no one else in front.... Waited 3-4 minutes for someone to take order. Could barely hear the attendant. Drove to window and was given my drinks within 1minute. One was a milkshake. Took 11-12 more minutes to get food. Milkshake was almost milk by then. Time delay is completelyunacceptable! The worse part is that it NEVER gets better. Service has been this way before COVID too! At these prices, I willnot be coming back! The food is the only reason you may have customers but that may change as in my case. Read more

I?ve only ever gotten the breakfast burritos with bacon and red sauce. So good! So fresh! My favorite burrito!
