Probably one of the worst B Dubs I've been to. We were told it was a 45 minutes wait for 6 people when there were a ton of empty... tables. And plenty of waitresses just standing by the front. We found seats available at the bar. Once we sat down we were toldthat if we didn't have a ID we could not sit there. Even if we were not ordering alcoholic drinks, and this was the managersrequest and they would not be able to serve us. Some of us did not have our IDs on us. I went as far as going to the car gettingmy license and coming back only to put the license on the bar and she did not even look at the IDs. Some of our party was seatedat a regular table. We were tired of working all day and then coming to this kind of treatment just did it for us. I had neverbeen to a BWW where you had to show your ID to sit at the bar. Once the food came out it was very good. But other than that thetreatment they give to the clients is outrageous. Read more
Good place to get something to eat, if you're in a hurry this should not be your first choice. Food was good and servers did... their best to get you your food and drinks. Would come back here but not during rush hours. Read more
The building wasn't busy bit the waitress seemed too busy to take my order when a menu was requested we were told to scan the... table a menu was requested a second time she kinda snapped off like I was bothering her. The wings were cold and old. I haveworked in the restaurant business I know what the reheat taste and looks like. My drink was good and stiff but more syrup thanliquor. The ID policy to have a drink in this place is beyond unreasonable. I understand IDing young people but when it's obvious that... everyone at the table is way older than 21, there is absolutely no reason to ID these people. Everyone at my table was over theage of 50, one left their ID at home and was refused to have a drink even though she had a picture of her license on her phone..I will not be going back to this location. Worst BWW I?ve seen in the country management was extremely rude both times I went there with my family. Extremely long wait... with a lot of tables open and waitresses standing around hanging out with manager. There was one waitress working the entiretime and really covering the entire restaurant. Beatrice was her name and she tried her heart out. The manager told severalpeople if they didn?t like it they could leave so yes like I said worst I?ve ever seen and they where out of almost everything.As you will see in the pictures this is what the manager and other waitresses did the entire time with just a bartender and ourwaitress working. Absolutely pathetic. More than $40 for 2 orders of wings that were the literally the size of my thumb and tasted like they were... left over from the lunch crowd. When I tried calling to see about having them remade, the manager would not come to the phone. They left me on hold for 15 minutes. When I tried calling back, they would not answer. It is not the first time I haveencountered bad service and substandard food at this location. It will be the last. Read more
