My experience at this fine establishment was one to remember. The moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to... see my own reflection in the pristienly upkept and cleaned floors. And that's not even the best part. I was caught in apredicament for not knowing what to eat from the many scrumptious options available. A kind gentleman (Ryan) assisted me inpulling me right out of my predicament. He eloquently described to me the many amazing deals and options that were prime for theunfortunate circumstance I was in. The food was quick and the service was slick. Horrible service, absolutely horrible. They got our order wrong the the car in front of us. They wasted our time, completely... messed up our order and didn?t even give us a receipt. I don?t usually leave reviews but that was the worst experience I?ve everhad. They employeess were very so awkward and had no customer service skills. The kids are too busy worrying about some pretend animal ears on their head and flirting with each other that they can't even... get a simple order correct. Definitely need to drop their pay if they can't do their job. Do better managers. They messed up ourburgers and when they gave us the correct burgers, they forgot our fries. Wasn't bad until they started spraying ceiling tiles while people were trying to eat.. some peoples common sense amazes me.

Was in lane 2 of the drive thru and had at least 3 cars in lane 1 have their order taken, we assumed lane 2 was out of order and... moved to lane 1 only to have 3 more cars have their order taken in lane 2. As someone who has worked in fast food working adrive thru isn?t that hard so not sure what the issue was here but it seems training needs to be had again soon. Also yes Icould?ve gone inside but I?d rather not wake my baby up and drag her out of the car when the drive thru is meant to be quick andconvenient. Read more
