My overall experience at this location was definitely above par, but not quite anything to rant about. The service was... excellent, it seemed as if each employee was putting every drop of sweat into making sure that their customers were taken careof. I got the Triple Dipper appetizer, Baked seafood pasta and Molten Chocolate Cake. The baked seafood pasta was bad. Salty and the... crab had a weird taste to it. The appetizer was better than the main course but the definitive highlight was the MoltenChocolate Cake. The deep eddy strawberry lemonade was good. Also, they forgot some stuff and we had to remind them. Overall itwas ok but I most likely won't go back. Read more
Restaurant was half full at best food was all over the place steak was Luke warm corn on the cob was cold fries were... hot? Restaurant was dirty bathroom was dirty no hand soap I did enjoy the chicken tenders they were hot and cooked well! Servicemeh never had a manager come by or I would off told him or her?? It's hit or miss at this Chili's. Most of the staff is great, drinks are well made, and the food is usually pretty good. They... really struggle with staffing, though, so waiting for hours for your food is not as unusual as you'd expect. We even saw peoplewho'd been waiting for a long time told that there wasn't any way to feed them, so they had to leave. Read more
We all fall short at times & it appears nobody goes without their moment. Sitting in a bar booth, our order was place with... Dorie but never made it to the kitchen. Tech / iPad error is what we were told after awaiting nearly 15 minutes. We werepatient & placed our order a second time. After about 8 minutes our waitress informs us that their chili was not prepared (2 of3 individuals ordered chili) & it would take appropriately 20 minutes to be ready to serve. It wasn?t meant to be. If I could give it a 0 stars I would. For starters the employees had a face like they didn?t want to be there. Second we placed... an order for an appetizer and it was given to another table which had just arrived and they even said they hadn?t not orderedit. Then they tried giving our food to that same table, I just saw how the waiter took our food back to the kitchen and it justsat there waiting for our actual waiter to say what table it belonged too. When we received our food, we were missing our friesand the sirloin steak which we asked for a medium rare was well done and we got charged for food that we didn?t even get. Very disappointing. Chile?s has always been somewhat disappointing to me, but this one? I hardly have the words. When I arrived... the wait time was 45 minutes, which wasn?t so bad. Once I was seated they took my order. I ordered the brisket quesadillas. Ittook about an hour just to receive my meal! After a few bites I noticed PLASTIC! It was in my food! Absolutely THE WORST experience I've had at any Chili's ever in my life. We were told It was a 30 minute wait to be seated, we... wound up waiting close to 50 minutes then once we were sseated, nobody came to take even our drink order or give us some water.After waiting a handful of minutes we finally had to track down somebody. They were out of a lot of menu items, from drinks tofood. We kept having to go look for our server to actually get any service throughout the entirety of our meal, which tookabout 3 hours from start to finish because of waiting around for service, the kitchen being backed up, and then mistakes made inour order... The bathrooms were also filthy with lots of trash on the floors inside actual restrooms as well as the area outsideof them. Read more
