Do not go here! I placed a curbside pickup order. Should have been ready at 1014 am. At 1034, I went inside. Only 2 cooks, not... that many customers.....couldn't refund my money. Turns out my order was ready, but they didn't have potato pancakes...I saidjust give me regular pancakes. Nope, they gave me more potatoes. So I had cold, congealed scrambled eggs, cold hash browns, notoast, and the other order of potatoes that were so hot the plastic container was melted. My dog enjoyed it at least. Waited to be seated and the server just looked at us and walked away. After being seated took about 15 minutes to get drinks.... Ordered and waited almost an hour to still receive NOTHING. Left without being served. No one came to check on us throughoutthat time. Nor did anyone apologize for the the wait or explain why it was taking so long when there were only 4 families 2 ofwhich had already received their food. Read more
Worst IHOP experience ever! Waited for our food for one hour. The inside of the restaurant is full of flies. The restaurant is... empty and they seat us right next to the kitchen entrance. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
My 2nd and final time dining at this IHOP. My first experience was unpleasant because of the super miserable depressed hostess.... This time around, my experience was only marginally better. I stood at the hostess stand and the kid serving tables looked atme directly several times without acknowledging me. When I spoke up to be seated, he seemed surprised I was there to eat.??????????? Service here is extremely slow. I ordered pancakes and chicken meal with a side home fries The restaurant wasnearly dead when I came in. My food took so long to come out I started to get hangry. Just, generally unfortunate. There were very obviously about two employees working that evening so it was hard to be upset when... the waitress was seen running around the dining room simply doing her best. It was not as hard to be upset about how uncannilylike meat the pancakes appeared. Imagine pancakes that spread to the size of the entire pan, did not rise at all, and then wereburnt to the point of crispiness while miraculously maintaining a soggy interior. Also, they were called chocolate pancakes onthe menu, but the flavor was closer to Brown. Though unpleasant to eat, twas undeniably a culinary marvel. Read more
I had mold on my fruit and this was my crepes!!! Suppose to be strawberry. Also ,got a turkey dinner with no gravy and broccoli... that is dried out and dried out turkey as well. We are from out of town and too tired to go back and get it fixed......youshould check you to go orders before they go and make sure they have everything and are presentable..... Even my husband'sbreakfast sampler was dried eggs and dried ham and rubber sausage. Plz check the food before leaving and honestly feel theworkers should check.... When I was there waiting for my order other people were inside seating and eating and they werecomplaining as well. One lady didn't get her daughters order they already was trying to give her her check to leave she was likeexcuse me I'm missing half my order, than another guy there got his food served cold had to ask them to put it in the microwaveand his daughters order was incomplete. When I called and the manager spoke to me he asked me what I wanted done aboutit... Hello, as a manager why don't you speak to your staff and correct the issues obviously I wasn't the onlyone!!!!! We stopped in for Sunday morning breakfast on a National Park Tour in between Carlsbad and White Sands. We arrived and saw the... waiting area full. The host was helpful with getting our names, we were sat within twenty minutes. It?s obvious that therestaurant is short-staffed. We?re understanding in that situation. But it?s completely unacceptable that the servers wereyelling/criticizing the host with customers around. It wasn?t a private critique, they were shouting at him at the host stand.One was a short red-headed woman with a undercut and the other was Tabitha. Our server, Tabitha, was experiencing hot flashesand expressed that three times before we ordered our food. We just wanted to get food. The breakfast was not bad, notincredible. But towards the end of our meal, Tabitha yelled at the host again about how she was ?doing his job for him?. Sheproceeds to introduce herself to new tables that she was doing three jobs at once. I?m a former server and host, her behaviorwas disgusting and we made sure to apologize to the host on our way out. Read more
