Getting three pizzas and two garlic bread orders from Little Caesars was the worst pizza experience of my life. None of the... pizzas were cooked and the garlic bread was absolutely not put in the oven. My daughter picked up the order, waited an hour andthen asked, "where's my order." So what did you order the person behind the counter asked. They hadn't even started the makingof the pizzas. Crust throw down, toppings dumbed on and put in the oven. A few minutes later two pizzas and two garlic ordersappeared. My daughter looked at one of the pizzas and told him that's not what I ordered, the clerk said, "well we don't havethat, so you have to take what I have given you." The third pizza finally arrive, at least a little done. I put them in ourconvection oven to finish cooking. At 425 degrees it still took almost 20 minutes. Never again! I waited for over an hour watching people get their orders before me who had ordered after I had. When I was presented with my... order it was shoved in my face with an abrupt, "Here's your order". He handed me one small under cooked pizza with uncookedtoppings thrown over a pepperoni pizza. I said to the guy that's not what I ordered. He then went and grabbed more food. Hestill didn't hand me what I ordered then said to me, " Well you'll just have to take what I gave you because we don't haveanymore of the type of pizza on your order". I arrived home to discover that everything was under cooked including the crazybread that was doughy and flat. We had to put everything back in the oven. The pepperoni's he threw at me that I didn't orderwere old, undercooked and terrible. NEVER AGAIN will I EVER get pizza from Little Caesars. I would rather pay a little extrasomewhere else. Read more

Horrible service With kids I always try to call in my order, it's been twice now that I've called 4-6 times to make order and no... one answers! Well this last visit the girl ringing people out had her personal phone on her and answered the call. . Well aftermaking my order and being told it would be 10 mins I decided to check they have the right numb listed. I called & sure enough,it's the right numb no one is picking up!! I was in such a rush I prayed they got my order right! It was correct but the pizzawas barely cut but thankfully I was home so I could use my pizza cutter. My biggest prob is they would get more service if theywere quick like it's purpose! And I dnk understand how in NM it's $5.99 for a hot and ready but in my home state Al it's only$5!! Read more
