Only the south side McDonald's can mess up orders every single day. I just barely left there and was missing half of my order... when i got home, the manager is out in the far parking lot just visiting, the window server handed me 2 small drinks when Iordered large drinks, made her take them back and give me the right size. How can you mess up an order when your looking at thescreen that tells you what the person ordered. I understand when they say lacks last in education, it just showed and not justtonight. if the manager can't train their employees right, then she needs to be removed from her position and find someone thathas pride in their job and takes ownership on how it is ran. I wish I could give a good review but this freaking place. My friend and I wen through the drive thru and ordered and was asked... to pull forward to one of the parking spaces. We sat there for a decent amount of time before the employee came out asked whatwe had and basically tossed the bag into the car. We checked the bags and we were missing two burgers. We waited to see if theywould bring them out and they didn?t. So we went inside and asked for the burgers in which the guy ignored us and started takingan order from the drive thru. We waited for him to get done and he promptly asked ?What?. So that was really annoying and on topof all of that they never freaking remember to put the sauces in the bag. Get better. Read more
It sucks that I have to wait till I go to artesia or roswell to get a frappe. Carlsbad mcdonalds haven't been able to serve... frappes for over a month. So all I order for drinks are sweet tea when I get that my drink is either way too sweet or not sweetat all every time . Its a lose lose situation Read more
Fries were not very hot, just warm. Ordered table service but they didn't deliver to table.Just kept yelling out the table... number. So I had to walk up to get order. May want to rethink this as some handicap people probably rely on ordering online andgetting food delivered to table. Men's bathroom was a mess for two days straight. Lock on stall was broken. Women's room wasokay. They were mopping the floor in the dining area and we almost slipped and fell. We did see a young man slip and fall,although he didn't seem injured. Staff was friendly and food was prepared quickly. We visited here twice in two days. Read more
Order was filled correctly ????????. It did take a while to get my order even when I ordered ahead.(mobile app). Drink dispenser... working properly. No tea. No ketchup available but 4 packets. Food runners and cashier were friendly. Prioritized Drive thru. Read more
The wait was awful but the kids loved it
All was fine, just didn't like the fact that they weren't ready to take an order until 15 minutes after the posted open time.
