Employees greeted me with welcome to Papa Johns. Got a NY crust everything pizza with extra mushrooms. You couldn't even see the... mushrooms. I expected half mushroom slices. What I got was a few bits & pieces you had to search for to find. They charge like$2 extra for extra mushrooms, but it was still a game of hide & seek to find them. Crust was not very tasty. Albuquerque PapaJohns has better pizza up there & Domino's has better pizza here. Was dissappointed. Read more
Pros: Pizza was delicious and made to specifications. Crew members were attentive and courteous. Cons: Manager and Manager in... Training were rude and disrespectful of the customers, staff and each other. They ignored several elderly customers whileverbally attacking the other in front of everyone and eventually took it the back to only be heard by all in the building. Wouldthink twice before going again to face the same atmosphere. Read more
Pizza was great. Problem is it took 2 hours to get here. It's an 5 minute drive
Online ordering was great, how fast it was delivered was great, pizza tasted great. But I opened the box & it was all squished... to one side, t took the pick after trying to fix it but you can see the one piece folded over. Omg! I never had papa John's pizza before. I'm not a huge fan of pizza at all but today we ordered from Papa John's and LOVE it.... I couldn't stop eating. From the sauce to the crust and all the toppings was out of this world delicious. Will be eating pizzaalot more from now on Read more
The service was amazing. From the cooks to the front desk assistant everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.... Highly recommend for anyone that is new to the area. Definitely suggest ordering thin crust pepperoni and buying the extracheesy alfredo pizza you won't be disappointed! Read more
