The app needs serious work, it doesn't know wether to accept the payment or not, it teeters back and forth on the decision. The... drive-thru line is usually backed up because all of the stalls are usually closed with a note displaying "reserved for mobileorders only" Tell me sonic how do you propose to fix this!? Asked about a bathroom, she told me that they are not for public use. Here is what it said when I looked that up... ***If you... provide any seating for people to eat and drink at your premises you must provide public toilets and hand washing facilities forthose people to use.*** since you have tables in the front of your shop that is seating. It is technically against the law notto let someone use your restrooms. I will not ho to an establishmentbif I dont have access to restrooms. Read more
There was a 35-40 minute wait in the drive thru. All of the stalls were closed and you could not order from the App. It looked... like there were only 2 people working. They were very nice but overwhelmed. Read more

I know they are short handed. Closed down there app. I was charged almost $1 for the 2 for 5 chili burritos. They were outright... COLD!Cheese not melted & chili cold too! I understand short handed but passing out cold food is unacceptable by me & healthstandards! 1st time I purchased 1 of these it was great. Very dissappointing. Read more
