The sweet onion sauce was old and really made the sandwich bad had to throw sandwich away when tried to call the store never go... an answer so now everything is online and getting anyone to call you back at corporate office just not going to happen thecustomer service at this store is very bad the one in Walmart has different owner and has some great customer service there andthey keep there sauces refrigerated everytime I got they would pull out of the ice box to put the sweet onion sauce on but thePierce store needs a lot of work Read more
Originally tried to order online. Money was taken from my account with an error in the app. I was told I would then have to wait... till it came through before they could work on my order. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. When I asked about who made therule that said I had to wait, I was met with confusion. Finally, after 25 minutes of waiting, they allowed me to make my order,with giving me attitude I might add.
