Miguel is the best , and he is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back almost every weekend.. The food is always sooodelicious. Worst services ever! There was literally 2 other tables in the whole restaurant my wife's food was salty our server never came... back to check on us another server got us coffee with no sugar so I had to get up and get it I had to get up and ask for thecheck and the host or manager told me I'll get it in a minute I waiting 5 more minutes before I got up again and asked thebartender for my check then the host/manager yells he is coming with your check and another server mind you still not thegentleman that served us came with the check we were paying with a store issued gift card from what we thought was from thatlocation and as we were walking out the gentleman stopped us and said we couldn't use this gift card at their location if Iwould of known the food and service was so terrible I would have went to the other location we live 10mins away from here andwe'll never visit again and if I could rate a zero star I would I'll be sure to let everyone I know about our experience thanksfor asking how was our visit I'm in the hospitality business myself and good luck you guys gonna need it.. I ate at the bar and the service was excellent, from the bartender to the owner. My hat off to the chef, I had the Alaskan... Halibut in lemon capers sauce and it was delicious. Thanks for a great experience ???? Read more
Delicious food, perfect atmosphere for a gathering with friends and family.Not busy during the week like the main restaurant... down the street.Prices are alittle on the higher side but the portions weren't small.The staff was very nice aswell. Read more
I was excited to go to this spot to celebrate my good friend's birthday. I made reservations for 7pm and arrived right on time.... I parked in their private parking lot. I walked in and there was a lot of people waiting. There was no one at the hostess standso waited a while until I seen a lady that seemed to work there and I asked if there was a hostess. She said she does it allincluding management. I told her I had reservations and my name and she said give her a moment. I waited about 10 more minutesuntil she sat the large party then got to me and sat us. The place is very spacious which was appricated. We were served byMiguel. When he got to us after a few he asked if we wanted a drink and I asked about the sangria and if they made it fresh. Heanswered with an attitude "uh yeah" like I was supposed to know. I already knew what kind of night we were going to have. WhileI get Miguel was busy serving, he was not very attentive. He never checked on us and we had to get his attention for the check.Service wasn't great, let's just say that. Here's the good part, the empanadas I ordered wasn't bad at all. The bread was veryfresh and tasty. My friend ordered the Segovia Platter. I tasted the clams, scallops and filet and they were all good. On theother hand the sangria was a tad watery and not strong at all. Also the food took forever to come out. The bill came to about$89. All in all I had an ok experience and would probably only come back to order take out. Read more
I don’t even know where to start of how impressed and happy I am with the service that Segovia provided to my wedding guests.... Choosing Segovia to have my wedding at was the best decision ever. No NJ wedding venue could have done what they did to make mywedding perfect and the best wedding ever to my guests. The food was perfect, the attention to details, the amount of food wasin exaggeration, the drinks were perfect, the staff was beyond nice to my guests and to my husband and I. Such professional andhardworking people! All my guests are calling me, texting me and my husband and our parents to rave about the food, the serviceand the drinks. Everyone is saying that this was the best wedding they have ever been to!!! I will for sure recommend Segovia toall my friends and family. I am so excited to use Segovia for any other party that I will have to organize again for myself andmy family.
