Not everyone there is nice and friendly. My friend and her two girls ordered 2 burger specials at $7 and one blizzard. This... $20 order cost her $30. Why? Because the employee didn't hear her say "daily special" so he rang the items separately. Seriously! She did say the magic words but he could not have recognized the order as a daily special? He couldn't ask ordouble check? And he refused to correct his error. How incredibly ignorant for an employee to treat a customer like this. Very busy place but they was very fast moving. Dine in is open.
I went through this fast food joint about a week ago. I was having a really rough day and figured some chicken n strips and ice... cream would make me feel better. After sitting in a long double line alternating. I finally got to order. However when I pulledup to the window I had to get pulled forward I sat there for 10 minutes waiting on my food and the chicken strips was overcooked and the ice cream was mediocre as best. Read more
Our experiences here vary each time we go here. I absolutely love the chicken strip basket and ask for two sides of gravy each... time. But almost every time I've asked for it and didn't get it. Also, there was a young lady working the drive-thru window whowas not very kind at all. She didn't bother to greet us, smile 9r even tell us thank you or to have a nice night. My Husband andI go here quite often for a meal before we go to Wal-Mart and spend anywhere between $20-$30 every time. It would be nice if ourbusiness actually felt appreciated and NOT that we were a bother. Otherwise, we could just take our business elsewhere. Read more
