It?s great to see the inside open back up and even better with the buffet back. Food was hot and tasty.
My pizzas were super warm when I picked them up. I traveled 20 miles home and both pizzas were still warm and tasted... delicious!!! The toppings were pretty evenly spread out and smelt absolutely amazing, whoch was torture for the drive homehaha!!! I have never had a bad pizza here. The staff were all courteous and went the extra mile to see if I needed helpinggetting my order out to my vehicle. Read more

When I picked the pizza up and got back to where I was and started to eat my pizza. There was no marinara sauce on the pizza.... How do you forget the marinara sauce on a pizza? When I called to the store they told me to bring the messed up one back and Icould get a new one. So I brought that one back in. The guy that helped me was very rude about the situation that they messed upon and did not believe that they did not put the sauce on the pizza. Wont be going back to Pizza Hut for a while. if i could give this no stars i would. i placed an order online and paid with my card. i kept checking the tracking of my food... and 30+ minutes went by and it was still ?in the oven.? so i called and the person who answered was immediately rude. ?pizza hutwe?re closed? i stated i was calling about an order i had placed online ab 45 min ago. he rudely told me he didn?t have my orderand there was no way they charged my card. (mind you i was a manager at pizza hut myself) he told me i?d get a refund in 24-48hours, so i ended the phone call. about 10 min later they called me back stating they had my order and it would be on the waysoon. now they did give me 30% off but when my order got here i was missing the sauces I PAID for. the whole experience wasterrible. Pretty terrible. I have been on a few occasions for the lunch buffet but will never return. Consistently under staffed, under... trained and places food on the buffet very sparingly. Seems they want to have a buffet but are very concerned about the costassociated with doing so. Thus, they make less pizzas than needed to service the patrons. As soon as pizzas are brought out,they are devoured and everyone else must wait for the next round. Never seem to have the simplest of pizzas, the cheese pizza,on the buffet either. This sucks for families with kids because kids love cheese pizza! I didn't mention the flies and dirtycarpet. The manager also seems as though he could care less about the vice of the customer. Won't put myself through it again. Read more
