What an absolute treat it was to dine at Aubergine! Amazing food and excellent wine pairings. I usually find it hard to let... myself be surprised at restaurants, but the chef did not disappoint. Aubergine is the perfect place to celebrate a specialmoment in your life. The staff were friendly and caring, but left us alone to enjoy our food and our conversation. It's notcheap, but it was so worth it!! Read more

An unparalleled outstanding experience. Every course was brilliantly executed with superb ingredients being creatively and... expertly presented, the sommelier gave a rich experience with excellent wines, and their cocktail bartender is a hidden gem inhis craft. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a meal you will not forget. Read more

More abundant than you'd expect from a tasting menu. In fact, the most filling tasting menu I've ever experienced. John the... sommelier provided a lovely experience. One of the best meals of my life. Read more

Stopped in last minute after a hike in the area & was lucky to squeeze in for a tasting menu. Beautiful presentation & delicious... flavors. They made a kohlrabi fettuccini I haven’t been able to forget (even though I’m writing this review a few yearsafter the meal). Read more

The protein dishes were all-around poor (overcooked, uninteresting, etc), the service was weird and stilted, and the only... exceptional dish, wagyu, was another 20% extra. I don't get the "around the world" theme, since as far as I can tell we juststayed in Japan the whole time. It felt more like a wannabe Michelin-starred restaurant than an actual one. I'd have to assumethe only reason they got it is the wine list. With so many great restaurants in the area, I'd go to another one and use the $500savings on something else. Read more

Exceptional dinner. Each bite of our night's tasting menu danced between vibrant bursts of flavor and rich, gentle, sweeping,... dishes that kept us excited for the next course. Good pacing. Kind & professional service. Deserves at least a 2nd Michelinstar, and on par food-wise with 3-star Michelin restaurants we've been to. Glad to have picked Aubergine to treat my mother forMother's Day; she can't wait to come back! Read more

Aubergine has a sophisticated tasting menu with a great mix of seafood, white meat, and red meat. The plating is artful and... well executed. We went with the Premium wine pairing, while most of the wines were expertly paired there were a couple ofmisses; the starting Saki and finishing late harvest Resilng were underwhelming. My only criticism would be with the staff. Theywere curious and professional, but not warm, welcoming, and engaging. Overall the experience meets the expectations of a 1 starMichilian restaurant. This was an amazing experience. While being in the courtyard of the small hotel was not what we intended, but its 2020 and you... do what you have to. Heaters made the experience perfect, it was actually quaint and perfect. Food was beyond amazing, servicewas top notch, wine was spectacular and in the end it was exactly what you should expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Would I go there again, yes... if you can splurge...go! Read more
