Best restaurant in town! Now that's saying something. Edwin’s makes any special occasion one for the books. The entire team... is always so incredibly accommodating and welcoming that you’d have a hard time going anywhere else. Thank you to the entireteam for a 40th to remember! I was so honored to have multiple birthday serenades from the most talented musicians in town. Love to all who helped me celebrate in style! Keep dancing! Read more

Finally made it to Edwins! The first time I walked past it I was so excited to see a Filipino-asian-fusion cuisine in downtown... Carmel. With dominantly french-american cuisines over there it gets kinda bleh. All great spots don’t get me wrong, butespecially being part filipino I was excited to give Edwin’s a shot! Service was top notch, very friendly and he actuallyspoke the dialect my grandmother spoke which was awesome & unusual to come across. Really warm and family style vibes. Food wasDELICIOUS, my boyfriend was spoiled by their tasty & unique lumpia for his first lumpia experience haha. All the dishes we hadwere plated beautifully and flavor was on point- I would recommend all of these dishes in my photos and we’ll be back soon totry more! If you are looking for a flavorful meal, live music and good vibes highly recommend you skip the often stuffy frenchor italian spot for an evening and try out Edwins. ;) Support local! Salamat!! The service, the food, the music - hands down made it a PERFECT night. I asked the chef if he could do a tasting menu for 1 and... he far exceeded my expectations. The shanghai, karekare, kiwali, prawns, toron and ube ice cream - all delicious. Go visitDexter and tell him what you’re looking for - he will feed you until you’re happy. Thank you for a wonderful meal!!! Read more

Live piano bar (check their Instagram for updates on live music schedule) and it’s such a fun place! The food is moderately... priced and is worth every penny. We tried several different entree dishes and they were fantastic. Blast of filipino flavor withimpressive unique dishes… 10/10 Read more

Not your traditional Filipino cuisine, it’s Filipino with a twist and influenced by other South East Asian cuisines. Their... lumpia was probably one of our favorite dishes! Must try! Burger was just okay, probably more worth it to get other dishes. They have so many interesting options don’t waste it on a burger. We preferred their garlic rice over the indorice, so if youlove garlic, highly recommend asking to sub for garlic rice if your dish comes with indorice. The pork chops were really nicelyfried and seasoned. We preferred that one over the fried pork belly. We also ordered the fried chicken, was good but would’vepreferred to try some of their other dishes. The pickled veggies that come on the side of each dish is a really nice touch tocut some of the fattiness. There was live music when we went which was really nice but also with so many people just hangingout by the bar, the restaurant felt really noisy and was tough to talk and had to shout when making conversation at our table.
