We sat at our table for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. It took us over an hour & a half to get our... food after ordering and our waiter never checked on us during that period. Location right off the Monon was convenient. Variety looked appealing. Waitress was new but was attentive. That's where the good... stops. While our pizza came out hot, the crust was not only dry but completely burnt. We didn't have the time to wait foranother one so we ate some and took the rest home. This has gone from our favorite pizza to somewhere we will now avoid. 2 of the last pizzas were so burnt they had to be thrown... away and the last undercooked. I order a pizza on Mother day not only did I have wait almost two for pizza when I got it the pizza was burned. When I call back... to talk with a manger I was told he was to busy to talk with and I need to call back in morning to get a credit. The young ladynever apologize nor did manger come to phone. When i express for pizza to be remake I was place on hold. And she came back onphone like we will remake it but I don?t know how long it will be before we bring it back out. I have never received serviceslike theses from this restaurant. I have always know this restaurant to be of top quality and just shocked. Came here on a busy and sunny Saturday evening. Was excited to try it because I?ve only ever seen this place busy. The line was... out the door, but, to order take out, you could just walk past the line to the bar and order from there. I ordered thetchoupitoulas pizza and we walked around the area while we waited. After we picked up the pizza, we took it over to the SunKing patio to enjoy the sunny day. As far as the pizza goes, the 12? size was just right for 2 people. The flavors were greaton the Cajun style pizza?a solid 4 out of 5. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the crust. It was thin, but unfortunately itlacked some of the salty, breadiness of the thin crusts I?ve had before. I?d recommend this place to eat on a nice sunny patio,there or nearby. Read more
