The food was great but this was the first time we had somewhat poor service. We were seated immediately for it being a Saturday... morning, which was great, but a server tried giving us another table's food after sitting at our table for only 5 minutes. Afterthat mishap, we had to call another server over to our table (after they broke from a group conversation) to ask for ourserver. This doesn't deter us from going back, but we were disappointed in the service since our previous visits have never hadissues. Read more
Standards have fallen, which is a shame because Patachou used to a great breakfast & brunch place, now it?s merely average (but... still charging the same prices). The Cuban breakfast looked like it was just heaped on the plate with no consideration forappearance. The ham was dry. And it looks like they are trying to serve the bare minimum of portions in an effort to squeeze asmuch profit as possible out of their patrons. I knew something was up when there was no wait for a table at 11:15 on a Sunday.The waitress was nice which is the only positive thing I can say. We will not be returning. Read more
The food is absolutely excellent taste very wonderful. The atmosphere the music the building is wonderful. However, my... particular server wasn?t that pleasant? I also did not like that they wanted us to get up and get our own coffee when they?realready serving? That was very weird? Especially when we?re already paying you know with a tip to do those type of services? Butagain everything else was pretty decent I would hope that they change that get it yourself coffee situation? As you would expect, one of Martha Hoover's great Patachou/Petite Chou establishments. Great food, good prices. The tomato... artichoke soup is to die for! Definitely a must try. The outside patio is large and very accommodating for large groups. Ifyou've never been to one of her restaurants, you're missing out. We really like all the Cafe Patachous. We have been to all of the restaurants now. We have never been to this one so we really... want to try it out. It is a very very good representation of what this restaurant is. It doesn?t fail every single time it is anawesome experience. I always get the Cuban breakfast and it is always the very best. Zach was an awesome server! He was so nice and attentive. We came on a busy Sunday morning. My friend and I did not even think... about how busy it would be (oops!) but thankfully got sat right away at the bar. Zach was so nice and realized quickly we werecelebrating! We told him how my friend was moving to California! He took his time to talk with us, he gave me a great suggestionfor my brunch (the Cuban breakfast) and we even bought a pitcher of mimosas to celebrate. It was great! Read more
