I love how beautiful this place looks. Looks like you step into mexico. The food I want to love I'm torn because it has... authentic tasting food but wish the ingredients were a bit better. I love having chips and salsa but it was basic. Salsa wasweak. The chips were cheap quality. My Chile Colorado was so good I could say the same for rice and beans. My son's kid food wasstraight up frozen food. He order pizza at a Mexican restaurant and his fries sucked. I love this place isn't expensive but omgit has potential to be so good with a few changes. I haven't been to Caliente in a while. Stopped in for lunch and had the burrito bowl lunch time special. The menu has plenty to... offer and there is quite a variety for your choice of Mexican cuisine. Paulerio (hope I spelled it right ????) took great careof our table, checked in regularly and ensured each stage of our meal was perfect. Thank you so much for your kindness, energy,and service. The food was incredible and I look forward to coming back to have that wonderful burrito bowl again, with a limeJarritos. ?? Read more

Solid Mexican restaurant. Dined in several times. Food is consistently good and prices are fair. I didn't like that they... charged extra for additional tortillas (most restaurants provide for free with fajitas). In the winter time, the place is alwaysreally cold, FWIW. Solid 3.7 out of 5.
