Ordered wings and they were soggie and under cooked, had to put them in the air fryer. Definitely will not come here again!
I placed a Togo order and specified for my food to be FRESH especially when ordering the chicken fritters and fries. I came home... and my tenders look as though it's been sitting out for a long time, fries were very old and not hot. I called the store andspoke with the manager Shaunie and explained to her how I specifically asked for fresh food and told her my issue. She didn’teven apologize for the poor food and issued me a refund. Customer Service and the food sucks and I will not be returning to thislocation! Read more
The crew there was only 2 people to help in ( manager and a trainee ) dining area but they both did wonderful job and kept us in... loop on how order was going etc. They did superb, they rolled with it and didn't appear frustrated about lack of help! Read more
Chili’s is very hit and miss. Food is consistent, so that is a plus. However, staff is hit and miss. Unfortunately, service... is half of the experience in my opinion. Being short staffed is not an excuse to treat other poorly. If you don’t like thejob you have, get a new one. Read more
Service was so fast. Food was delicious. I was surprised how great their asada carne tasted ???? the seasoning was so on point... and the 3 dips and chips was totally worth because of that fresh guacamole omg that was good! So fresh Chili's way to go guysdoing something right! Read more
Worst skillet cookie I’ve ever had and yes I’m petty enough to get online and give a 1-star review for it. It’s the... easiest thing in the world to get right but it was baked to a crisp and crumbly. Barely edible. Mango lime chicken is no longeron the menu so this was overall a super disappointing visit. Read more
The food was really good and the service we had was really good but like many places, due to Covid and all the free government... money, they had very few workers. The poor girl was the only server in the building and she was taking care of about 20-25people at a time. This caused us to be at lunch for an hour and a half when we were hoping to be fairly quick but overall,everything was really good for what they had to work with. Read more
