That was incredibly slow. I wasn?t in a rush but it was definitely the slowest Chipotle line I?ve been in. They also added way... too much rice and needed a second tortilla and foil wrapper. Inexperience across the board. Read more
We hadn't been to this location for a while and there were reasons for it. Okay, this is Chipotle and you know what you're going... to get...if they have it. We stopped coming to this location because they always seemed to be out of something. But we cameback because it was a fundraiser for my son's elementary school. I got up to the counter to order and they said they couldn'tserve me. The person in front of me was the last. The server added that I was free to make an online order (after waiting inline fifteen minutes). This should be made clear: they were doing a great job up to then, I was impressed. Here's the thing,though: there were only maybe five people in line behind me and they're continuing to make food, so why not cut the line offbehind that last person? And they decided to turn people away during a fundraiser. Not a good look from a restaurant. I wishthem the best and hope they're able to get on top of things. For our part, we'll improve our own decision making by avoidingthis location. Read more
Message to the manager/owner: The girl checking people out was eating chips from the pan right in the open. She was also very... loud, talking to the 3 crew members who weren't helping the one person making the food for customers. This location use to be the BOMB! But unfortunately it hasn?t been great that past few times I have gotten it. One of the bowls... I ordered, I added guacamole to it and the guac was BROWN. And they are charging extra for brown guac? No way. The rice wassuper crunchy and undercooked. The mild salsa has zero flavor to it. (Use to be my FAVORITE salsa) it?s unfortunate. Read more
This is one of the worst Chipotles I've been too. To put it lightly it's nasty as heck they don't accept change and this is the... third time they haven't had chicken. Not to mention the employees act like the meat servings are coming out of there paycheck!!Avoid at all costs. Read more
We got our food fast and they were nice. The burrito was not wrapped that well, but there were little finches outside which made... up for it. The finches like rice. I don't know if the rice is great for the finches, but they will probably eat it anyway, so wekind of threw it towards them.
