Everyone at this location were extremely helpful. We had a large pre-order. They followed up prior to event and GM reached out... before and after event to see how things went. I have ordered from this store on many occasions, and after a change of staff (that I noticed), the quality of customer service... and food has dropped drastically. I ordered a pizza on my break for work, just for the pizza to be completely over cooked andNOT warm. I now have to wait over 30 minutes for another pizza to arrive. I am grateful that they will bring me another one,however I wish this issue was not a reoccurring one. Very disappointed. UPDATE: They brought me another pizza that was not overcooked, however the pizza was not fresh AGAIN. I can definitely tell they cooked my pizza and let it sit before it arrived tome. My location is 5 MINUTES from the store, so there is no excuse as to why my pizza is the same temperature as someone?sovernight pizza. Basically a waste of money. I appreciate the effort. UPDATE: DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE! No one from any Dominoshad reached out to me or returned my calls/ messages! The email that was provided (below) isn?t an actual email. Looks like they just spill the entire buffalo sauce bottle over our pizza. Rest of the order was fine but nobody checked with us... if we were ok the way it was. I suppose somebody QC'd it before going out for delivery??? We didn't send it back because we werereally hungry to wait for a remake. UPDATE: Couple days after received an email from somebody" in charge of many stores in theMidwest". He told me to email them so they can have my info and make it up to me for my unfortunate experience at the store.After sending the email he asked me again to send which store I was referring to and never contacted me back again. this is howthey are trying to make me forget about it.
