It took forever to get help, and they didn't seem short staffed, but I could br wrong. The biggest issue was the doughnuts were... not good at all, they were hard like they had been sitting for quite some time, that was disappointing. Read more

I truly don't like doing one-star reviews, but our experience, which included an inexplicable wait time, two of the three orders... we placed being wrong not once, but twice (I ordered a long john and got a breakfast sandwich, which...huh?) and very rude staffrequires it. I hope this was only a reflection of the individuals working at the time and not of the entire location. Read more

UPDATE 1/9/22 - Things have improved immensely since my initial review. Upgrading from 2 to 4 stars. Orders have been correct,... quick, and done well. Staff has definitely made improvements across the board. Only thing I can say negative here in the pastcouple of months is: 1) I wish they'd open at 5:00 or 5:30 on Sundays. 2) The hash brown bites are often mushy and soggyinstead of crisp and crunchy. 3) Clearly still require staff to wear masks. Wish they'd give them a choice. Maybe they do, buteveryone is always masked up. ORIGINAL REVIEW - October 2021 I have to assume they're suffering the same problem as everyoneelse: no one wants to work in an environment where they're forced to wear a mask all day and pretend everyone is going to killthem, all for a few bucks an hour. Help wanted signs up and everything. Door still says to wear masks. Just not enough staff.Took over 25 minutes for coffee and a couple of wraps. And they had multiple cars parked waiting for drive thru items. And, ofcourse, the order wasn't complete. Items i paid for were missing. I feel bad for the folks working there because I'm surethey're doing the best they can, given the situation. I wish Dunkin would realize service is suffering and customers are leavingas a result of the requirements they're placing on people to work there. Read more

Last week i was able to get what I needed. Today i tried to order a dozen and an accented lady tried to take my order. I need... a dozen with a senior discount. #@)&#_@# through the speaker. I said, sorry I didn't understand you so another voice camethrough. I started my order, asked for my 2nd choice - sorry, we're out. And then the 2 ladies were talking over each other. I just said to cancel and left. Why can't a donut shop have donuts in the middle of the day - especially since they're openuntil early evening. What do they sell after 1PM??? Read more

Terrible location, I waited in the drive thru line for 28 minutes. I ordered a Large Iced Carmel Latte, and a Large Iced... Vanilla Latte. When I was served my drinks, they were 2 different colors! The Large Iced Carmel Latte was served to me with 0coffee, it was just creamer and flavoring. I took a side by side picture of the 2 drinks. It is disturbing that Dunkin wouldeven consider serving this drink! I?m very disappointed with Dunkin because the past few times I have visited Dunkin theyhaven?t gotten my order correct. I?m going to take a break from Dunkin for a few months and go to Starbucks!!! Read more
