I order lunch from this location a couple times per month. Always online. Today I had to call in and spoke to Brandy. She was... awesome to work with. She got my order in quickly then saw I had enough rewards points for a free sandwich so she changed myorder without me saying a word. I had no idea I had enough rewards points for that. I also experienced an issue with a middle aged woman at this particular store... not the first time this individual has thrown... temper tantrums when it gets busy. It's uncomfortable and I couldn't believe I had to witness this exact behavior on more thanone occasion. I understand there is a staffing shortage, but to close at 6pm daily is absolutely insane. Instead of opening up at 10:30am,... open up at 12:00 or 12:30. That way you get the lunch rush and the dinner rush. No one buys breakfast at jimmy johns. They buy asandwich and I don?t know about everyone else, but I don?t want a Club Lulu or Turkey Tom at 10:30am. Open up 2 hours later andthat way you can stay open 2 hours later. Read more
Sandwiches are awesome, but sadly the staff situation is bad and I dread going in there. One person in particular barely speaks... and seems to be angry a customer showed up. I would go much more often if staff was friendlier. Read more
Super slow during lunch hours. Long lines and 10 to 15 min wait time. It's not the amount of employees because there more then... 10 people behind counter. It's them making online orders instead of walk in customers. Also they didn't call out orders as theywere made. Just set it on counter and let all the customers one by one look at it to see if they are lucky enough for it to betheir food. Read more
I love the staff. I work down the strip and frequent here. However lately (last 5-6 times) my sandwich is not made correctly. I... pay for extra cheese etc and it?s never on my sandwich which is frustrating since I pay extra for it. However, I also am on asuper tight schedule and don?t have time to go back all the time to get it addressed. I?m disappointed in their attention totheir orders recently. Punk kids working inside this store believe this is a safe environment for customers. When asked about why the floor was an... ocean, response was, ?whatever dude, there is a sign by the door?.
