Good customer service, food wasn't fresh and the only thing that I did enjoy was the garlic parmesan fries and sweet tea.
This was our first time and we will definitely be back soon. Richard was really sweet. We asked what Joellas is known for (other... than fried chicken lol) he suggested the tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy. We were not disappointed at all. Wife and I went in not having ever been before. The front end woman taking our order answered all the questions we had and even... helped us order with recommendations! This is a solid option for getting your fried chicken fix. They've got a surprising amount of options for a singular focused... menu. I've had a few of the sandwiches, and have tried both the fried and grilled chicken tenders. Everything always tastesgreat, and I like that you can easily pick your spice level. The sides and sauces are all tasty, but definitely give the mashedpotatoes a try. Read more

It was a really good experience. Staff++ Very helpful and knowledgeable of menu. Atmosphere+ Modern and clean. Food+ Food was... delicious. Hot sauce on chicken was just right (they have different levels of heat), and the non-hot (southern style) was verygood as well. Waffles were good, and fries had their own twist with parmesan. If you love that, you will love it. Thoseweren't our favorite, but fries were cooked very well. So if that is your thing, then order up. Overall great experience, andwill be back. Read more
