I travel about 26 states and i mean zero disrespect when I say they are number 3 on my all time favorite pizza. Completely... authentic. Always hot. Always good. I found them by mistake. I hope you find them and enjoy as much as I. Thanks guys!! Read more

Their pizza is really good. They have a sausage crust pizza that while different, is also very good and fulfilling if you are... trying to stay away from carbs but still get that pizza feeling. Only issue is everything takes so long to make. So giveyourself extra time if you call in an order, but, the pizza will be delicious. Read more

As a Chicago boy, I consider myself sort of an expert when it comes to pizza. I've had the pleasure of patronizing Lou Malnati's... establishments since the very first one opened back in 1970. Lou's in Indianapolis is just as good as any of the Chicagolocations. Unlike some companies that expand into distant areas and somehow lose part of the soul that made them, a pizza fromhere is every bit as good, every bit as hot, every bit as delicious as going to the original Lou's in Lincolnwood. My brotherturned me on to a new dish that I hadn't had in the past Lou's chicken wings. While the main attraction for me is still a bighot deep dish sausage pizza, I have to give two thumbs up to the chicken wings and would recommend them almost as highly as thepizza. Read more

Sausage crust pizza is amazing! Pricey, but worth every penny. The cheesy bread was very disappointing given their quality of... pizza. It was Gordon Food Service white bread with a little bit of cheese melted on it. Stick with the pizza. You won't bedisappointed. Read more

A large pizza will feed an army! Defiantly the best deep dish I have ever had. I had their thin crust in Chicago, was also very... good. It?s worth the money! I got mine with sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, onions, and light sauce. Not a fan of thecrust, but it was not terrible. I am going to get xtra cheese next time. Read more

Wanted to try this place because we wanted a custom deep dish, and it definitely didnt disappoint! We did have to wait a little... bit for our order but the pizza was awesome. For $25, we got a medium deep dish (6 giant pieces) with extra cheese, buttercrust, and garlic. It was definitely worth the price and I would highly recommend stopping by. One thing to know is that Lou's DOES NOThave any seating so you'll have to take the pizza home. I definitely recommend trying this place out! Read more

I have a huge complaint. I placed an 8:00pm order and was given a pick up curbside time of 8:45pm. We had to wait for 15... minutes. No big deal even though it felt torturous because we were starving and had been commuting for hours in a car.Nevertheless the order was place for a gluten free pizza for a celiac customer. It was communicated clearly that they take everymeasure possible to assure that her pizza is gluten free. We brought the food to our hotel and ate. Well my daughter hassuffered -it is now 11:47 pm and her nightmare has begun. She has been nauseous since the pizza and now we tested the food andconfirmed there were traces of gluten. It is unacceptable that we were ensured that the safety and health of our daughter wouldbe taken seriously and she would be safe, as she has been with other locations in the past. I am profoundly disappointed in thisfacility and their lack of caution and am reluctant to give my daughter Lou Malnati?s pizza in the future. Read more

Was born and raised in Chicago, and grew with pizza like Milano's, Beggar's, and Phil's. While it was decent, you could clearly... tell it was a frozen deep dish pizza they cooked upon order. It just wasn't fresh. We also ordered a small sausage thin crust.Crust and cheese were overcooked but tomatoes were delicious. Also ordered bruschetta appetizer and ratio of tomatoes/cheese wasway smaller than bread. Not sure I'll be back. Read more
