Update to my update: decided to give the drive thru a shot. When ordering I could barely understand the dude. I had to have I?m... repeat stuff multiple times. Not particularly bad. When I get to the window and they hand me my food I get my Carmel frappewhich is filled like a medium. It was more Reddi Whip than frappe. I got ripped off. The guy didn?t say sorry or anything justhanded me the drink and said your welcome. Update to my previous review: Today I decided to give this location a chance toredeem themselves. I was the only person in the store, waiting at the counter for someone to take my order. The manager lookedat me a few times but kept working the drive thru orders. I coughed really loudly to get their attention. Then one manger saidin a rude tone to use the self order kiosks. I was taken back! never have I been forced/told I had to use the self order kiosks. I walked out and will never return to this location!! emails and phone calls will be made to upper and regional managementASAP. I have been to this location 4 times and every time have had a terrible experience. Never Go Here!!! Original review: Very nice almost brand new McDonalds, but staff fail keep it even remotely clean. Almost all thetables are dirty and I?m looking at about 15 table makers just left everywhere. Very clean McDonald?s, and easily accessible from the highway. I had never been to this location but enjoyed my experience. I... went with the nugs (a McDonald?s classic) and they tasted just as they always do. Even upsized my fries because I was enjoyingmy experience so much. I generally visit this McDonalds after the lunch rush after 1:30p. My food has alway been very well prepared and the staff very... friendly. Its one of the newer and more modern McDonalds in the area. The best thing about this location is that they have lotsof AC stations to plug in a laptop.
