We've been to this location a few times and we love Mellow Mushroom in general because of the fresh ingredients and menu... options. This location seems understaffed every time we're there and not as organized as other locations we've been to, but thefood is good and it's a casual restaurant, so we're patient and just roll with things. We tried to dine in last night and askedif we should sit at an open table, and after being told yes, we had another staff member tell us actually they just hadn't putthe sign up, but it was reserved and we needed to get up and move. The waitresses seemed young and it was just a mistake, sowhen we asked where to sit instead, we were told to sit outside at tables in the sun on the patio. It was 80 degrees, so I askedif we could move a table into the shade, and we were told no. They said we could wait for another table but didn't know how longthat would be like we were being annoying by asking for a different option, and we said you know, thanks, but we would just tryagain another time. Our young kids were hungry, and it was already about 7pm. Her response was a rude "Ok bye!" in a snarkytone. We are not rude customers and we were trying to be flexible, so I was surprised especially because this woman seemed to bethe only actual adult in charge of younger staff. It was not the best experience for us. We were embarrassed frankly, since wewere just trying to sit down and eat and tried to be flexible about moving, and it was not the best example to set for youngerstaff either. Good friends of ours own several restaurants, and I just can't imagine any owners would want their staff to be sounwelcoming and not try to accommodate diners. We might get take out in the future because MM pizza is great, but I'm not sureit's worth the hassle of dinning in at this location. Read more
That was Impressive!!! Eight of us came to Mellow Mushroom after a local charity event. My wife loves MM because of the gluten... free and dairy free options. She has Celiacs and a dairy allergy, so safe places to eat are very important to her. We startedwith our drinks and began to order appetizers, and our server, Delaney let us know that she was going to do her best, but askedfor our patience. A large party of 40 had come in and she was running TEN tables by herself. She didn't say this as an excuse,but she wanted us to know we were important to her and that she would do her best. During the course of the meal Delaney waskind, attentive, friendly, funny, and had a phenomenal attitude. I was a server when I was younger, and I was good at my job,but ten tables is a LOT, even for an experienced server. Delaney never lost her cool, she was fun, funny, friendly, and just atotal class act. Everyone in our party loved her! I want to let the owners and corporate know that tonight Delaney representedyour business superbly. Please give her my thanks and the thanks of our entire party. We were very impressed! If you dosomething for your employees who go above and beyond, please do something awesome for Delaney, she certainly deserves it. We are huge mellow mushroom fans and pretty much come here every weekend. Service is great and their food never fails to make us... happy. Their dough is better than anything in town. Recommend their cloud 9 wings and the Thai dye pizza. The folks that workthere are very nice and accommodating. I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza for takeout and only realized it when I got thereto pick it up. I was so disappointed and thought we were going to be stuck with a pizza that we like, but did not want thatevening (I ordered pacific rim instead of the Thai dye). They were so understanding and made a small version of the correctpizza in 7 minutes and let us keep the first one too. Really grateful for what they did. It really made our evening!! Read more

One of the best pizzas I've ever had! From meat lovers to vegan they have all the pizza bases covered. As the name implies it's... a very laid back place. The wall art is cool and the Greatful Dead playing in the background was an awesome touch. I will beback. This is a must see place, especially if your a hippy! Read more
Awesome experience and even better food! Had the cheesy bread and The merry prankster! Both were reasonably priced. Cheesy... bread, pizza, and 1 drink with tip less than 40. Highly recommend. Read more
Great pizza joint. It's a chain but feels local. Pizza is great. Calzones are fantastic when fully cooked. Sometimes they... have raw dough in the middle. Salads and sides are good. Staff is nice and usually on the ball. Parking is easy andclose. Read more
