This is my only tacos place around Carmel. These guys are amazing. Price, portions, pleasant dining experience, easy parking,... and it just couldn’t be a better experience. We moved here from chicago and tacos were a big part of our lives. We’ve trieda few other places and they’re all trash. This is the spot. Read more

The food is fabulous! I had shrimp and tilapia tacos. Three nice sized tacos. Very good! Came with rice and beans. Service... was fast and friendly. Best kept secret Mexican restaurant in Carmel. Outdoor dining available also. Read more

Sadly this restaurant needs to have a visit from the local board of health again. The last visit showed six critical violation,... I’m assuming there might now be more. Service leaves a lot to be desired but it’s the actual preparation and deliverance offood that is of utmost concern. During our recent visit nachos were ordered & they came out incorrectly. When the “new”nachos came back to the table it seemed somewhat odd they were half the size. Upon later inspection it was discovered thekitchen staff decided it was acceptable to take off the top portion of the nachos, reheat and have the server return them to ourtable while said kitchen staff member peaked at us from the back kitchen door. Unfortunately we noticed half the order was gone, some of the original green peppers that were originally on the order and were unwanted had still made it to the bottom of theplate, and the chips were not fresh but reheated. This is shameful. If you can’t trust what’s happening in the kitchen, youshouldn’t eat there. When I ask Maria, our server who the kitchen staff was that did this she said he was “new” anddidn’t know his name, I requested she go ask him. She came back with “Simon.” Eat it and order out at your own risk. Not asafe place. Read more

No thrills no frills, but good food at great prices. 8 dollars for 1 person lunch, and that’s including tax and a 15% tip.

Mexican is my favorite cuisine. This is in my top 5 Mexican restaurants, if not number 1. Everything was authentic and my... Spanish husband felt at home. The horchata was definitely the best horchata I have ever had. I thought the large was going to betoo big but it was perfect after I tasted it. The fajitas were full of flavor and I couldn't stop eating them. The fish taco isin my top 5 favorite fish tacos. I'm going to dream about them tonight. The enchiladas were awesome. I wish I didn't live inthe Dayton, Ohio area. I'm definitely coming back here next time I visit Indianapolis. If you have to choose between thisrestaurant and another one pick this one! You will not be disappointed. Read more

I was in the mood for Mexican food and invited a family member to lunch. It was near their workplace, so I suggested stopping at... Mi Hacienda. Neither of us had been here before, but we were both impressed with the food. For being busy, the service was okay.Food arrived quickly, but refills weren't as prompt as expected. One of the patrons next to us was very loud and vulgar, whichwas a little off-putting. Overall a very good choice for lunch when you are pressed for time. Read more
